You deserve a compliment man, I'd say it's real close to Sunsoft's version, especially the parts with the repeated same-note bass hits. Awesome.
The only difference I could spot was the way your Square 2 channel sounds after the initial arpeggio, mainly because of being higher up in the mix volume-wise, which does make that part lose some of the blurry heaviness the original has.
Wish I had your skills, I've been trying to use Famitracker for a few weeks now and I still completely suck. :P
