For example, the fact that we are posting these comments on Youtube, which is an American social network site, is proof of this! This is largely how the US beat the USSR in the Cold War. No American wanted the Soviet way of life but the Soviets wanted the American way of life - hence America colonized Soviet hearts!
To sustain itself, USA may invade and annex Canada. The country is slightly larger than USA itself but has only about one tenth of America's population. Canada has plenty of living space and natural resources (water, forestry, agriculture and minerals) plus more that America may choose to exploit for its own advantage. However, America must be prepared to take on its own allies in the British Commonwealth, EU and Latin America as they'll definately come to Canda's aid!
