  • WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW

  • Sometimes i ask myself, what will happen when these great legendary artists are gonna die and who will take there places... Al Pacino Is Really Unreplacable

  • Ya the music replacement isn't good.. lol way too over the top. I could tell the music was added in

  • Comment removed

  • this music enanches this absolute performance of pacino!

  • What life? I have no life? I am in the dark here.

    Awesome.

  • There's about 30% too much music. At times it sounds like it's milking the scene. It's still better than the original. I posted years ago they would have payed $30,000 for what you did and worth it.

  • Excellent sounds !

  • The music adds to the scene, up to the heart beat effects

  • the legendary ( Al Pacino )

  • NO ONE WILL EVER DO A BLIND MAN AS GR8 AS AL PACINO

  • Lol for the longest time I had no idea this music was NEVER in the original scene. I've never seen this video, and had this clip saved to my Favorite list. After watching the original scene, I have to say that I enjoy this better. Bravo, nicely done.

Heart broken and uneployed, my life is a total failure.

  • @Didoaj yes, I feel the same way, but I have always hope for the tomorrow.

  • This movie inspired me. Made me cry.

  • Nice music and sound effects, but on such attempts, you should say so in your video's title.

  • I never liked that Chris O'Donnell character. What makes anyone think he deserves to share the screen with Al Pacino?

  • best movie best scene ever

  • this one is my best favorite scene in the film... its seems Al pacino prepared well for this scene ... 100% applause

  • 0:30-0:45!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm In The DarK HeRe

  • I've just uploaded the original version of this. Have a look - and, no offence, but I think the background music in this version here is a wee bit over the top and unsuitable for the scene - a scene that speaks for itself anyway. It's one of my favourites - brings a tear to my eye everytime. And I always felt that Chris O'Donnell's tears were from being overwhelmed at Pacino's tears and genius. Imagine being that age and having the opportunity to act with the man. It would blow your fuckin mind.

  • #OMG clownload movie роор.su

  • dude, thanks for sharing the piece of shit you made

  • whoever made the music for this scene should be put to sleep. Whooaaa.. jackass

  • I don't think I ever liked anyone's acting as I like Pacino's when he said "WHAT LIFE ? I GOT NO LIFE ! I'M IN THE DARK HERE !"

    perfection...

  • Wow most moving scene ever!!!

  • the thing I just dont understand is this SHITTY ass music. Its like my favorite scene ever and some person with down syndrome had to fuck it up with his bad taste in movie music. It sounds like some retard just trying to be a musician, when really he's just a miserable faggot loser douchebag. Go take 20 ecedrin and chug some vodka you ho ass bitch. fuck you

  • @A2KID420

go suck a dick...it was just an essay for my course. If you don't get this then you're the retard

  • @kingalobar1982 dont pay attention. The music is great. it sounds good especially from 31 second when he starts shouting. good job.

  • @kingalobar1982

don't listen to him man. what you've done with this scene is incredible. It transcends the original - and, infact, everytime I watch the movie it actually frustrates me that this scene doesn't include the music you superimposed over it. It adds so much more atmosphere!

  • @kingalobar1982 what kind of course? "How to ruin a nice movie scene by adding an awful music"? At least, you are able to accept criticism.

  • Respond to this video... go suck a d**k. This was just an essay for my course. If you don;t get this...then you're the retard

  • @A2KID420 i actually think that the music makes a good dramatic scene too, atlist untill he says " Here we go Charlie"

  • ...just simply marvelous attempt 2 improved that scene over the 120. it worked out perfectly, don`t let yourself get annoyed by the anomia-community of UT. Never seen anything like this intense before,....explicit awesome masterpiece of fine MUSIC ART !!!

  • @A2KID420 your comment has to be the funniest comment of comment history !!! i agree with you

  • @A2KID420 If you want to see the actual scene, go buy the fucking film. So what he wanted to edit the film and add a little touch of his own. Understand what a privilege youtube is, and relax.

  • @A2KID420 touchy much? get a life son

  • the music kills it. whats worse is no one else bothered to post the version without the shitty music! its like living in hell.

  • this is some of the best acting of all time.... incredible

  • I'M IN THE DAAARK!!!!! :D

  • haha just pull the trigger you misserable blind mother fucker haha i love it

  • Okayyyyy.. well.. I was absolutely overwhelmed and bust out crying. The second and third time near as overwhelming. If that was an emotion you wanted to elicit with the scene.. you succeeded. My thumbs up I guess for such an impact? Very heart wrenching.

  • pacino scent of a woman

  • brilliant idea...this scene with, this soundtrack in my view is a lot more vibrant than the original...excellent!

  • @manoamano81 . You wanna give up? Then give, your right im scrued allso, shoot me to!

  • I hope the whole scene will be uploaded.

  • amazing work you can work as a voice actor in animated movies buddy good luck

  • Nice Job Brotha!

  • you people are idiots! I believe that the music is very atmospheric/intense and actually ADDS to the scene/makes it even better!kudos to the uploader!

  • Al , I don't care how ppl judge you but you are definitely one of the best actors in this world

  • sucks, original is better!!!!

  • When he says "What life?! I got no life! I'm in the dark here! You understand?! I'm in the dark!!!" the music goes perfect with it...excellent job.

  • Al Pacino. Best actor Evar!!!!

  • Well I have watched this video of yours for three years and loved every minute of it. I think the music fits perfectly. F*** what those jealous guys say. Good job man on a great scene.

  • Al Pacino = The Master of Overacting

    "Getaaaaaaaaaaaataahaaaaaaaaaa!"

    "I'm staying right there"

    "Getaaaaaaaaattaheaaaaaar"

You're attempt to replace the sound was successful, but the result was really bad

  • bleargh, someone shoot the editor -- remove the effin' music

  • I think a slipknot backing tune would have been more appropriate ....

  • He's not a lost cause.

  • I thought the music emphasised and expressed his deep and utter despair.

And then the build-up to the final moment. The choice moment.

And then a flash, a glimmer of hope... through Charlie he is redeemed.

Because even though he is hurt, broken, and angry, Slade still has Character.

    And a heart.

  • best scene of all time!!

  • 00:3 "GET'OUUU'AARR'HEEERREE!!!!1111"

  • I thought the music was good, but obviously it can't compare to the original. Keep up the good work dude.

To all those saying Al Pacino is over-acting...you don't even know what acting is. He's one of maybe 3-4 of the greatest actors walking the face of the Earth. Personally, I'd say he's the best of those as well.

  • Props for using the INSOMNIA music, if that is indeed what this is.

  • Over acting Over paid Over use and Over the fucking hill

  • @onetrashdancer

    LOL, The dick bites....

  • @XMOO7 Over rated midget mutt face pussy actor !

  • and the Oscar for over-acting goes to....

  • Strawboss (homo name) if you're referring to pacino, then simply put: fuck you

  • The music fucks it up!

  • this scene was so sad to me omg.

    boomcc1

  • An advice, when you do a project like this you always provide the initial video and then your take on it. Thanks for ruining one of the best movie scene by Al pacino.

I am no hater or anything but to be honest this is not a stupid super hero movie where the music does the work and the actor is some jerk in a suit.

  • im in the dark......

  • WOW! great job.. gave me shiver

  • RARARARARARARR, IM STAYIN RIGHT HERE. RARARARAARAR. IM STAYING RIGHT HERE. lol

  • nice effects, i didnt like the cowbell though

  • nice sound track but I'm looking for the original scene...plain, simple and brilliant.

could you upload it without the music?

    ill appreciate it!

    thanks

    :)

  • this is my favorite scene of the entire movie

  • right, this is not real this is acting. amazing.

  • Omg ! I get chills! not cuz of the sound! But AL! he is so talented!!

  • I am of the opinion that the sound fits very well, makes the scene much more important, or even better, I think it's excellent. Interesting. How old is the film 20 years. I like it. Just my estimation amazing. 5 STARS.

  • "Pull the trigger you miserable blind mother fucker!"

  • That's brilliant acting. WOW

  • you want feedback? ok. here it is. WHY WOULD YOU REPLACE THE SOUNDTRACK WITH THIS CRAP? you have no talent. who would ever think to add that crappy inappropriate track to this great scene? it doesn't even sound like the actors.

  • I agree with organboi.

There is absolutely NO need to replace the sound with THAT.

It became very over dramatic and disgusting.

    Absolutely NO Need.

1 star for you and that is too much

  • it was an essay for my college for fucks sake! I never said that the original was not better.

  • @kingalobar1982 You are right King, these freaks are over reacting like those spoiled teen girls while shopping and are never satisfied with what they buy. The movie is a masterpiece and the scene was just chilling however the new modifications and additional sound effects was also very nice. And it doesn't mean that it has ruined the movie or the actor or the act or the scene, Jesus christ sometimes i feel there are some really mental cases on youtube.

  • @organboi

I do not like his sound either! the film is wonderful, but his special effects destroy one of the best scenes in the whole film!:O!!!

  • Has to be Al's best performance

    I'M IN THE DARK 'ERE!

  • GET OUTTA HERE!

  • best movie

  • best scene in this movie

  • Yeah he has repeated this comment many times. Not sure but I think it may be at least 3 times from what I have seen

  • Such a powerful scene

  • Comment removed

  • anyone else count how many times al pacino says 'whoo ha' in this movie?

    cuz i did and i think it's 16 times.

i'm pretty sure i just won the "no life" award.

  • My favorite movie scene EVER!!!!!

  • 0.32 He was talking about the youtube audience.

  • Youtube audience also includes you.

  • Not me because I said it :P

  • Just because you said it doesn't mean you don't belong in youtube audience.

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • good job :)

could you try something with 'Once Upon a time in America' - another gr8 movie with the Best soundtrack combo.

  • I'ts the best quote ever from the best actor(WHAT LIFE!....)

  • brought tears to my eyes...fantastic acting.

  • I understand, but there are movies in which soundtrack is unnoticeable.

  • From 0:30 to 0:50 the music is wonderful and matches the acting of Al Pacino pretty well, after that it is not as good as it was...

  • Yes but from 0:30 to 0:50 he did a great job i gotta admit that. It's Perfect. Bravo man

  • i salute your attempts, but don't ever add heart beats to your soundtrack.

  • WOW !!!

  • To all the haters: 3 years later I MYSELF realize that the music had gone a bit to far, and kind of ruins al's acting but I guess we all have to start somewhere. I guess that all you Brilliant people are Awesome to whatever you do and never make mistakes. Then again, maybe not, because you have to take all your hatred out to someone completely unknown to you. Negative comments are welcome. ABUSE is NOT! Get a life...

  • Comment removed

  • Dude, you're wrong - it really doesn't. I think the music compliments the scene perfectly everytime I watch this film I wish this music was included. You're a genius and you don't even fucking realise it, fuck!

    5 starred countless times, haha!

  • @kingalobar1982 can I advise you to not get caught up with responding to negative and/or abusive remarks, constructive yes the rest no. Place all your energy on continuing your journey on your craft, Al Pacino was not always a good actor, he got there by hard work, persistence and the courage to try things.

My personal opinion is that the music accompanies the scene where as I believe it should support or compliment the scene. I would love to see any other work you have done.

    Cheers

  • @kingalobar1982 mate -we all make mistakes, well done to you to recognize that. i think what it is; Al invokes so great passions within his followers (myself being one) that we regard any attempt to ''meddle'' with his talent as a personal insult.. (and that makes us the lesser person perhaps)..my first n last comment here..

  • @kingalobar1982 Damn, now I'm wondering how Pacino would deliver that speech.

  • @kingalobar1982 bit of a Michael Mann thing going on there cool, but yeah does kind of leave the building towards the end.

  • Allright. Lets get one thing straight: This was created 3 years ago while I was studying music production. For this module we did not choose the scenes...they were assigned to us and i guess that this particular one fitted the module because it had no muisc in it.

  • @kingalobar1982 I just found this clip. Do you realize you're one of the few that has it? Do you know WHY you do? The copyright owners demanded *that* scene be taken out of the movie, so with your clip NOT in its purely original form it's probably acceptable and they won't make you take it down. Also because it truly was a school assignment. So the rest of you need to be thankful he did this, otherwise it could not be pieced in to the rest of the movie!!

  • Don't interfere with cinema world. Its not of your business, you ruined the best scene i saw ever.

  • Your soundtrack is awesome. Maybe a little overdosed. This scene is pure drama. You cannot stand such intense emotions - fueled by that music - for very long.

  • The music takes away from the acting and the true emotion of the scene, this is not an action thriller, you have ruined my favourite film please dont work in the movie business.

  • nice job, but sometimes less is more

  • the added background music was good at the start but just ended up ruining the scene really..

  • although I like the music chosen, I believe the original version is more powerful.

  • WOW Good work, I think I like this better than the original

  • the sound replacement is really awesome work. It enhances the mood of the scene greatly. You are some genius at it.

  • man! i have watched this movie countless times, and i love the whole thing, and aside from the scene with the speech in the university, this is i think the 2nd greatest scene in the movie, but the music adds a whole new intensity to the scene. great job dude!!

  • The music is fucking genius i honestly liked it better than the original good job!
