The first Blade was a fave. It was more chilling than the others and did a better job of conveying an underworld society. Blade 2 was less subtle, more gratuitous but a good flick none the less. Blade Trinity should be erased from history.

Blade III: Since it's pretty new, i'd say right now, it's okay. The only good scenes in the movie are the action scenes, they were pretty intense. The rest was pretty crappy.

The only complaint i had with Blade II was the constant use of CGI in the fight scenes where it was so unneeded...the flips n shit were cool, like when he was mid air jumping over the crotch rocket (BA), but the entire fight scene with the UV lights (ninja Vampires) was way to crappy for my taste...also, i didn't enjoy the fight with Nomac, his diologue during the fight scene blew, so unbelievable.

1. Humans against vampires one on one without bringing out the big guns.

2. Hand to hand combat for humans is useless against them. Blade is faster than regular vampires. Hence, you would not need to create him in the first place.
