  • The only way to keep horses 100% safe in NYC is to simply ban the carriage industry - which is cruel and outdated.

    A hundred years ago, horses were used in cities, yes. But today, they are mere money-making tourist attractions, treated like machines, instead of beings.

    A hundred years ago, New York was not nearly as full of cars and buses as it is now. It is a dangerous place for anyone, let alone a horse!!
