Do they have any proof of any real agreement? No! He even stated that they didn't even have a verbal agrement. So what proof do they have of anything? They were his dogs, they didn't have a verbal agrement (anything else other than a written agreement is not legaly binding), no witnesses, etc.

haha Apparently this guy didn't read what he signed. If you appear on Judge Judy's court you sign a contract waving your right to sue and to be bound by her rulings. It's very hard to get an arbitration overturned and any grounds to appeal are very limited. She knows that too. You're out of luck gentleman.
