Floyd Mayweather is a proven clean fighter; because he submitted himself to random olympic style testing. Manny on the other hand came up with the lame excuse that he was scared of needles. That was later proven to be a lie. Yes Manny has had great performances. But is it because of his natural ability or performance enhancing drugs.
