I am from Singapore. I've heard this song performed in some joints perhaps twice. I was surprised when I see Kuching Food with this song. I thought it is of Singapore origin. I really wonder who is the composer and singer. Great video Kenny! . And in any case all the dishes can be found in both Malaysia and Singapore, maybe some with a different touch.

@DennisOnshaw Haha! Thanks! Sorry I don't. But my cousin is the guy to look for cuz he makes Kuching Festival's famous oyster omlette. He taught me how. His rule is to keep it simple. The flavour is all in the technique (timing, heat, flipping). Flour, water (+oyster 'juice'), egg, spring onion, salt, pepper and SMALL oysters. His special recipe is with added King Prawns and Crab meat. Sorry I can't properly explain it. I could show you though if you come down to Adelaide. Haha.
