@Jlandry2007 well, it is very complicated, and difficult to do, not everybody can actually manage to do it, but it is stop motion. this means you take a picture, or frame of a video, of your figure, then you pause it and move the part of the figure you want very slightly, then you take another frame or picture. continue for the rest of the stop motion

this video maker however uses computers to get all the fluid movements as well

@Jlandry2007 I did some stop motion as a kid and it was real fun. It's something rather had to do very well. Yet, it's easy enough to make a simpler version that'll be fun for everyone. Check some tutorials (like this one: /watch?v=emuhrfcwTFk&feature=f­vwrel) and just get into work.
