  • What?? this is the blues blended well with soul music, today's music is a gimmick

  • sure is true...I should know. It happened to me and She is paying for it ....

  • @firstchoice1956 her or you, paying for it. or some poor children?

  • @sharonanony She is unfortunately, ironicly...one of the older ones influenced her. My Conscience defends me in the matter... I moved on. Thanks for asking.

  • I was in pre-school when this came out and my sister was a baby. Lol.

  • The Delfonics had the best songs.

  • @antij1 along with the escorts, blue majic, dramatics, and more i miss those days, house parties n the basement , red light, glow posters and componet sets, no dvds or tapes only 8 tracks lol

  • @gamagan1 Very true.

  • @gamagan1 That is very true. They just don't make music like this anymore.

  • I can remember laying across my bed listing to the Delfonics over and over when I was in Jr high and High School...going to concerts on campus with my sister to see the Delfonics. The music sounds soooo good now just as it did back in the day.

  • Smooth sliky soul music. . . . nothing compares to the tight vocals and bright harmaonies. Keep em coming. I lost my collection due to doing the wrong things at that time. but with peeps like you, I'm catching up again !

  • taming the savage beast...this young generation needs this music just for survival today.

  • oh well . ..

  • I'm sorry baby.

  • ALL DALY CITY ON THIS WON DIABLO PARQUE

  • that voice, melts my heart

  • I could never get used to Major Harris being a Delfonic. We all missed the "Doc".

Randy Cain. I understand Randy passed away in March of 2009. Randy was a jokester and could really make you laugh.

  • @aholmes99 Not to mention Ron Banks from The Dramatics passed away after him.

  • @oldschoolbx1970 Sorry to hear about Ron Banks too. When I was a teen, my "musician" father's friend was Head of Backstage Door security! Because of that I got to actually hang-out with the Jackson Five, The Five Stairsteps, The Delfonics, The Ojays, The Moments and others. Those days were such fun. I still have autographs and personal photos.

  • @aholmes99 thats cool dude..i look up to all those groups...they made great music that will live forever.

  • @aholmes99 Cool,my brother. I wish I could've done the same thing,too. But I was born in 1970 unfotunately.

  • @aholmes99 Hey there post those pictures if you can I had a girl group and we opened up for Five Stairsteps, and was close friends to The Moments(Harry Ray)

J-5 we live in the same city and won a talent show fall of 1966 against them,I got a long history with all those and many other groups.

  • @jo22338601 Hi Back at Cha! What's the name of your girl group? I don't post my personal snap-shots because a lot were stolen. So I had every personal J5 snapshot I own copyrighted. When FOX 5 TV did an interview with me about MJJ & J5, they leased my photos and I took them to various hotels and friends homes where they stayed. If you ever did the Apollo Theater in New York , we probably met years ago.

  • This is the best blues and r&b soul mix ever!! This is one of my fav Delfonics jams!!
