Aww yes, The gameboy player, I love that thing. I have one connected to the bottom of my gamecube. It's really nice to be honest, Especially if you dont have a gameboy and you really want to play gameboy games, BUT! you need to have the emulator on the bottom of the gamecube in order to do that.

@jamesalanstrickland I'm not sure. I've never held a Micro in my hands before, but I read that the slot that is used to connect with other systems is different from the ones used by the GBA and the GBA SP.

If that's the case, then the Micro won't be able to use the GCN to GBA cable.

However, I've also read that there are converters that make the Micro connectible to the GBA and GBA SP.

If you can find one of those, you can connect that to your Micro then connect a GCN to GBA cable to the...

@XxBroBuzzxX I played Wind Waker on my Wii and used the Gameboy Player on my Gamecube. On my TV screen I played my Gamcube while randomly moving Link around on the Wii.

To record both screens (in not video camera quality) I guess you would need 2 DVD recorders/capture cards and 2 TVs to view the games. Then you'd need a video editing program to put the two pieces of footage to together.

I don't have any knowledge beyond that, you should ask someone else.

@XxBroBuzzxX The Gameboy Player has a slot for GBA connection cables.

Link cables, GCN to GBA cables, and even those GBA lights will work with the Gameboy Player.

@mattafields Do you have a GBA to GCN Cable? Hook that up to your Game Boy and plug it into the Player 2 slot of your Gamecube.

Turn on your Game Boy with no cartridge inside and go to your Gamecube.

On the Gamecube equip the Tingle Tuner and use it. It should say "Connect to the GBA?" or something like that. Press Yes and wait a moment. After the moment is over, you should be able to use the Tingle Tuner.
