  • 38x14. That probably gives you a 18 mph cruising speed, about 25 mph with hard pedaling, and about a little over 30 MPH maxed out RPMs.

Would like to see that climb up 800 feet of 10% grade. :D

  • This is Germany? Wow nice sidewalks.

  • @dahgutone yup. BERLIN

  • austria :X:X:

  • I injoy my badboy8 speed cityracer,.. the lefty is smooth,. we should be paid by cannondale for promoting the lefty,...people are very intressted haha,.. I only chanced the rearbreak 2 a juicy 7, rear tire 37-622, 42T to 44T and a 1 inch rise bar + stamp by trautiv,...the original bar sucks. I can fully trust this bike and go @ full speed in crouwdy area whitout minding the breaks or a leak of control,..... light and well balanced, my feets don't have to meet road,..speedfreak-ROTTERDAM-NL

  • That looks a very nice ride.

  • Blazing fast, i've got one, but a little fragile, I twisted the chain while climbin a hill. Not so light but easy to carry in stairs for shortcuts. would brakes hard to tune from my point of view

  • what top speed can you reach with it?

  • dude, i have one of these, it has a 7 speed nexus chain, 2 months old now but need to know when you run out of concentric adjustment are you meant to drop out a link or bin the chain ?

  • best urban bike on the road. My brother can't keep up in his mountain bike

  • bike with issues

  • I just got one of these bikes and it's suhweeet! way faster than my mountain bike. btw, what offspring song is that?

  • da hui

  • I'm looking at getting one if these, but I was thinking; you don't often see single speed cyclist going very fast anywhere do you? Seems like a more settled ride than sharp and fast???

  • On my singlespeed bike there is a 32 chainring and 20 gear so I can race through the mountains. But in the flat streets of a city the cadence feels like a sewing machine.

  • I would only recommand it for use in cities without many hills. Not in the countryside at all. The chain ring is 38 and the crank is 14.

On 24 geared bike it's supposely when you have the cain in the front on the middle ring and in the back on the third lowest crank.

But on a single speed you can change the crank as well to get another ratio.

  • Im about to buy a new bike. Im curios about singlespeed but isnt it hard to get use to only one gear? Is this bike good to use on countryroads to? What gear on a 24 geared bike can you compare the singlespeed with? 20th?
