@maruproductions Not necessarily. In a body of water, the electricity would be evenly distributed amongst a large area instead of being shot in a single bolt. Although this would kill a human, the cyborgs are fighting over such a large area that the electricity is simply too dived up to do damage.

@taria4eva If you think about it, it all goes back to the perseption of the culture. Since 003 is French, she is viewed as a more gentle, albeit weaker, person, someone who would rather sit and talk than fight.
