It's not so much that he cheated, as people cheat on their spouses every day. It's that he lied repeatedly about it, went through an extensive cover up and still decided to run for public office thinking that this was not going to come out. It is clear that those webisodes were all shot on a 3ccd DVCam.low end, about 600 bucks at your neighborhood WalMart-high end, about 2k for a GL2. Nonetheless, shot in 480-60i, translation- low end, interlaced video. The editing was clearly done without any color correction, sound sweetening, clever cuts, or ANYTHING interesting.Anyone can slap a music track to some B-roll and add depth to otherwise lame clips.100k is serious coin.My clients would have been pissed if THAT was the deliverable.

First, you have to look at dollars per finished minute of video. The going rate for a professional studio is about a thousand dollars per finished minute. That's for High-Definition 1080i widescreen with at least a boom mic or some sort of professional audio gear, and a reasonable amount of compositing/graphics at least in the intro.. She was paid OVER 100k. Her travel was not for 6 consecutive months, it was sparratic. running out of space here... I'll continue this..

After the 2004 election, he created a nonprofit whose stated goal was fighting poverty. The Center for Promise and Opportunity raised $1.3 million in 2005. But tax filings showed that all of the money paid Edwards' expenses as he gave speeches around the country and met with foreign leaders overseas.

I, too, am still a fan of John Edwards despite his affair. I think its very sad and unfortunate that people will use his personal mistakes as an excuse to discount his political agenda - finding ways for Americans to get out of the cycle of poverty. I hope Edwards is genuinely sorry for the pain he caused his wife and family, but the country needs his expertise. I would love for him to have some sort of role in the Obama cabinet.

It's that he lied repeatedly about it, went through an extensive cover up and still decided to run for public office thinking that this was not going to come out.
