  • Dick Sargent tried to...eh...get my friend to...yeah...My buddy worked as a plumber out in California somehwere back in the 80's, and one day he went to Dick's pad to snake a drain (yes, that cracked me up too) and when he was finished he found Dick nude on the sofa. He asked my buddy if he wanted to lay with him, my buddy said no, Dick asked if he was sure, and my buddy was, and this pissed Dick off because he had to actually write a check for the work...which bounced. Only in CA!

  • Dick Sargent? or Dick York?

  • @ez2me2009 Excuse me, can you tell me what is the font used for the names of the cast??? Thank you so much

  • @Dallecharmed93 Hi! The font is "MONTGOMERY" you can have it free on dafont.com

  • @ez2me2009 thanks so much... i've already found it! XD

  • i miss Bewitched and i wasn't even born when it was on TV!!

  • How did you get the text for Bewitched?

  • @livinlarge18

The font I used is simply "witched" font. You can find it free on the internet.

  • @ez2me2009 What program did you use WIndows Movie Maker doesn't allow me to use the Witched font

  • @livinlarge18

Windows Movie Maker is pretty limited in every way. I used Adobe Premiere Pro for editing and Adobe Photoshop tools for removing the Title text Bewitched . Thanks for your comments.

  • @ez2me2009 I wonder if CyberLink Power Director would allow it unlike WMM it allows you to reverse clips and speed them up without changing the pitch

  • @ez2me2009 Absolutely 1000% perfection! You knocked this one out of the ballpark!

  • Did you use any of the sound effects from the spinoff Tabitha?

  • @OrecksRule223 You are totally right on this! I did! :-D You have a good hearing!

  • @OrecksRule223 I did not know about the existence of a spinoff....What a surprise.

  • @bouteta Yep. It's called Tabitha and it stars Lisa Hartman. She lives in LA and works for KXLA TV station. Much like her mother Tabitha wiggles her nose..now without the finger. :) It only lasted 12 episodes and I have them on DVD. I suggest you go to ebay like I did and buy a copy of th episodes.

  • @OrecksRule223 TABITHA may have been a flop but nonetheless it's fun to watch.

  • @ez2me2009 Yes it is! What's your favorite episode. And do you have the Series?

  • @OrecksRule223 My favorite episode from the Tabitha series? Boy! That's hard to answer. I liked episode 2 were you could feel that the series was walking on Bewitched footsteps... I love aunt Minerva.

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!!The "Stereo" on this video is almost consistent with the type of extreme left & right channel stereo used in the sixties.I wonder how difficult it was to keep both versions in synch with each other.Kudos to ez2me2009!

  • Thank you, thank you , thank you, to both of you: Smittyk68 and bwork66! :-)

  • This was an Excellent opening credit! it would be cool if Bewitched can be brought back as a cartoon, but with the original opening credit cartoon characters-new ones would have to be created for other characters-and to include the original sound-special effects

  • I like Dick York better

  • @livinlarge18 Most people do. Dick York was funnier, more natural and he just look more sympatical than Dick Sargent. But, hey, they really didn't have a choice to replace York because of his constant back pain....

  • @bouteta I don't like Sargent in the cartoon but I like him in the series

  • @livinlarge18 Yeah, the cartoon felt kind of weird when they changed the face for the 2nd Dick and you're right, Sargent is a good actor too for the part, it's just that i've seen York in other roles as well and he was always GREAT !!!!, he had that little something extra that makes him more likeable.....Thank you for your reply.

  • That was a great opening, but where in the world did you find a stereo version of that theme?

  • Thanks! But I did not find that stereo theme... I've made it! Very simple. All the information is written in the description box of this clip. Here's what it says: This is my tribute to the sitcom classic Bewitched. I remixed the audio and altered some video portions. To create a stereo effect, I used the season 3 end theme for the right channel while season 7 end theme can be heard in the left channel.

So I mixed them together and voilà!

  • It's in HD?

  • No, it is not HD but only HQ.

  • Oh well 5 stars from me for such a freakin' awesome video

  • Cool! :-D Thanks, dude!

  • Great! if there was a Disney series of Bewitched, I think Samantha as a Cat should turn Darrin into a Cat as well, and Kiss.

  • Yes! That would be cute! :-) Thanks for your comment.

  • no problema.

  • AMAZING! I wish i had your editing skills! 5 Stars!

  • Thanks Hannah! I love to play with those animated TV openings. Have you seen my Jeannie's?

  • Bewitched

    Next in color

    Next is stereo

    Next in widescreen

  • You got it! LOL

  • Pretty threadbare arrangement compared to the old B&W full orchestra version.

  • wow, i loved it:) in stereo and in color..lol

  • Hello Sexy! So good to see you back here! Thanks for your comment. There will be more Bewitched themed video soon! Stay tubed... :-)

  • thank you..i've never left:)

  • I think it actually changed from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 then stayed the same until about 7.

  • As for end music themes, season one had one distinctive theme. It changed for season 2. Season 3 and 4 shared another variation of the theme. Season 5 and 6 shared a new one and both season 7 and 8 had a final new variation theme.

  • That's a great remix! They should of used that for the closing credits of the series.

it would be good if someone could upload all the music from the closing credits from all the series. I think it changed from series 1 and 2 and 3 but then stayed the same until about season 7 is it?

  • Thank you for your comments, KingKimber! Bewitched had several opening music themes and almost as numerous end music themes. I have them all since I bought every seasons available from the show, on DVD. Your suggestion is interesting. I might consider making some kind of a tribute music theme form Bewitched including every seasons.

  • Simply wonderful!

Bravo !!! :)
