  • i guess because i am an amrican i did not get that.

  • I was expecting her to answer a phone then, boom, car crash. I was definitely not expecting a gun. It makes me want to not want to use the phone when driving.

  • basicly i think their saying missing a phone wont kill yu awnsering it might! lol i duno!

  • I like it. It is creative, yet not using gore (and I love the gore) as a crutch like most of our NZ ones.

  • wow for the first time the ad was not completely fucking predictable. After watching 10 cell phone while diving ads that always ended with the person getting hit by a car while talking, this was a nice change.

  • Stop callin' stop callin'

  • a good way to make the Education Department ban mobiles in schools.

    MOBILE PHONES ARE GUN CRIMES

    they will say.

  • You people that think the campaigns and laws are just to make more money for the revenue and government make me sad.........

The funny thing is if NO-ONE broke the no driving on mobile, speeding, blah blah theu wouldn't get any money and the roads will be a hell of a lot safer. These laws aren't to make more money they are to make people safer on the roads. And I hope that one day you don't kill someone with your stupidity.

  • is that a verizon phone?

  • You know, I think this ad would be a bit more effective if she was pointing the gun at the camera. Since the ad was sponsored by the Pedestrian Council, It would probably make more sense to underline the act of hurting others. Still, very effective ad.

  • Clever indeed. You might as well be picking up a gun and pulling the trigger. I was afraid the damn thing was going to go off and blow her head off.

  • You people who think that these campaigns are just a big scam by the nanny government - some go as far as to call it "NWO" - to make money disgust me.

One of these days you are going to kill someone. And unlike in cases of negligence where there is consolation that the perpetrator will have to live with what they did, you sociopaths will probably take glee in it, knowing you have done just a little bit more against this big evil overlord government that is out to get you.

  • @1RadicalOne You are my new favourite person. :)

  • All from a little rant against some nuts - including one on this video! :D

  • Let's be honest, that's a fucking awesome phone!

  • Its the new sony-ericsson.

  • the moment she decided to get it i was expecting a phone. When i saw it was a gun, it literally frightened me. But clever commercial.

  • Sin Comentarios. Parece que se pusieron de acuerdo con los de la campaña en India.

  • Now that is an image that certainly won't leave me anytime soon. It really makes it hit home that when you use the phone while driving, you may as well be doing just this.

  • Are you actually this retarded, or are you just putting it on?

  • Are you working for the government by uploading this shit? do you even have a driver's licence?

  • What does that have to do with anything?

They aren't MAKING the laws, this is just a form of lobbying. There's nothing wrong with making drivers drive safely. If you don't agree with that, then there's something wrong with that.

I upload them because I have an interest in film making, advertising, that kind of thing.

  • Well, the problem is that people who don't have driver's licences (such as all the people in our parliament which is supposed to represent us) are the ones creating the laws and have no idea what it is like on the road. Heard about the Fog Lights legislation in SA? Bloody ridiculous. Oh and I should point out that the previously unlimited speed limit in NT, was changed by one person in NSW who complained. Democracy? Go Figure.

  • Well, disclaimer, I'm from England so I have no idea about the laws there. But I find it hard to believe that not a single person in power in Canberra has a drivers license... and besides, do you not think that they also have staff to advise them. It's not like one guy on his own can just decide to make a law.

  • Yeah in that respect you're right, but the problem with most State Governments (Federal Government in Canberra don't make a lot of road decisions) is that they'll make traffic laws deliberately to raise revenue (such as the ones i mentioned before), because they know people will break them, they couldn't care less about people's safety, that's just the defence they hide behind.

  • it will be better if it's a revolver

  • żeby to puszczali w telewizji

    !!!

  • HOLY SHIT...thats new. wow graphic for something not so graphic

  • Oh.... My God. REALLY didn't expect that.

  • That REALLY shocked me!

  • i even has games on it like russian roulete and now TETRIS

  • This is one of the best ads I've seen in a looooooong time. Thanks for uploading it, mate!

  • hahah how fun, i want one

  • Haha I like that one, it does the job well and gets the message across without being a dick about it.

  • Absolutely, it's a very nice piece of visual design/metaphor. I'm not sure if that's the right way of putting it, I'm not a visual/graphic designer :)

  • Yeah I get what you mean and I agree.

  • this was so out of the blue. never thought of it this way - but it gets the message across so effectively! really makes u think, eh?

  • Lol i was laughing so hard XDD cuz it look like shes going shoot herself b4 she dead in car crash

  • Hahahaha points to you for stating the obvious!

  • omg didnt expect tht 1 omg lol

  • i want that phone

  • that looks like a .44 Desert Eagle! cripes she'll have no head after that one!

  • Just had a look at some pictures, and it doesn't look like a desert eagle. Pretty close though.

  • yeah I guess you're right - shorter barrel length and differnt slide mechanism - though it certainly has some serious calibre.

  • wow i want one of them phones the u can pretend 2 stick ppl up lol

  • Wow. This is incredibly creative. I would have never thought of that.

When she "answered the phone" it made me jump, though.

  • Haha, yes, the click is a tad loud. Also, where have you been?! You haven't commented for ages :)

  • Lol.
