  • I read that if you put that cream people use for bloody ass blisters on your stomach, then wrap it, then go to sleep.... You will wake up with a tighter belly.... cause the ass cream tightens the loose skin. Maybe you could try that instead of lotion. Good luck.

  • @mauro6958 what a mean thing to say dickwad...u could have said it without all the extra shit...if ur dick is as big as ur mouth u might make someone happy one day...til then grow the hell up!!! (doesnt feel good does it)

  • Lots of people think body wraps do not work because they've been using the wrong ones! Most body wraps are expensive & only promote water loss, which you can gain back in no time. I am an Independent Distributor for It Works Global, and our Ultimate Body Applicator really works. How? Instead of water loss, this wrap has ingredients that actually detoxifies the toxins in your fat cells causing them to shrink! If you are interested search for peyitworks in Facebook's search bar!

  • The guy has a tv presenter voice :)

  • The guy sounds like Seth Rogan.

  • Has anyone ever tried It Works! Ultimate Body Wraps? I just used one this weekend and I liked it. You have to remember everybody has a different reaction to things. I have seen some people have big results, I only had a little but none the less it was something. I feel much better about myself after baby, my belly is tighter!! If anyone is interested in information they can message me ....I believe in them so much I just signed up Monday to start selling them!!!

  • yay belly!

  • And you have to do it for a few Weeks

  • It does help after having a baby

  • I agree with emilyashleybella. You have to work out with it on, that's how it works. I wrap it on my stomach and legs and use the elliptical. Its GROSS after! Lol I literally had sweat flyin when I tore it off. I also recommend not using lotion, it can clog your pores and reduce sweating.

  • And nope. I didn't do anything. This things doesn't work. So thats why workout and good diet. ;D Good luck.

  • good video thanks for sharing i would suggest a daily workout. I do cardio and spinner.I'm a member of workout world and we have so many different type of classes.I have the choice too do different classes each week. I only pay 20 month. I would try looking for something like this along with using the wrap.

  • @Mauro why are you calling her that ?

what has you done too you. It's obvious you have a prejudice for anyone who has any weight on them. I can't believe your a ignorant, nasty person. I can only think how sad and lonely your personal life must really be. Putting someone down won't make you sound cool. In reality it only makes you sound like and ass. Maybe a friendly suggest ,try the wrap with a workout..

  • You're supposed to work out and wear the wrap around you're stomach not sit on your ass and magically see a difference in an hour..... It takes weeks to see results it does work but you have to do cardio and other excercise daily with it...

  • I thought u were very brave doing this on YT. I'm going to try it this way and I will post it on a new YT channel anon: #1 a sea salt flush with spring water, same day treadmill 35 mnts with saran wrap on after 'brushing' my stomach in a hot bath to open pores. eating as healthy as possible, lots of spring water-take saran warap off. then brush again before bed. Then after taking my ambien-slight advantage-but I'm retaining major water due to a medicine-prozac, i'll sleep with flexxee & saran w.

  • Wow you all are really nothing but a bunch of losers. Get lives and don't sit on the internet calling people fat and talking to people like you are. It's really pathetic and makes you look like a douchebag.

  • It will NOT work if you just lay there! You have to do some physical activity. And you won't see any results with being overweight. This home remedy is targeted for losing water weight that your body is carrying. My waist is 29 inches. I do a body wrap once a week and it shrinks my waist to 26 inches. It doesn't STAY at 26 inches, because my body adds on water weight continuously. But doing this once or twice weekly will help. But if you're looking to ACTUALLY lose FAT, diet and exercise is key.

  • uhm well first off the point of a body wrap is to have your pores OPEN, putting the lotion on you just ruined any chance of your body detoxing, which is actually what makes the difference. You can get REAL body wraps that work at IT WORKS! :)

  • U seems like a happy person. I really like u .

  • bitch i agree it didnt took u 2hr 2to get fat u need to take your fat ass up the couch n exercise ur stupid....I do the wrap all the time when i want to loose extra fast weight but with work out.

  • facebook.com/cristinamarie.wraps

you should've put a wrap on and THEN the plastic wrap; could've had some results then (:

  • You are so brave!

  • think this video is dumb as fuck it didnt take u two hours to get that fat so it going to take you two hours two lose sum fat or inches moron...

  • u do realise the only way this is ment to benefit you is when you exercise? whenever u get your heart rate up n then sweat not just sitting down or using a hot water bottle lol

  • 5 months ago i weighed 17st 4lb and im 16, so i did the belly wrap, went to school walked home and to school and i now weigh 15st 7lb so i lost 1st 11lb and i look great and healthier i know people can lose 3st or 4st in 5 months but i wanted to lose it slowly and it is amazing im now at slimming world and have lost 9lb in just over a week

  • My Hypothesis:

Maybe the folks that say it works wear it all day and it makes the fat you have mush on your stomach so it holds less but you still feel full.

  • i love your confidence to just get ur stomach out on internet (without sounding intimidating) cuz i no i cudnt do it :) good for you :)

  • how long did u have it on?

  • gotta move around a bit more than just laying on a couch.

  • Well I personally use this wrap while exercising. It actually does work I barely started working out about 3 days ago and already I've lost 5 pounds. If you want to see results I suggest run while wearing it. It does work!

  • It works... you just have to move around while wrapped up!!! = D

  • People who are telling her to get up and work out and eat right should just shut the fuck up! What if every woman was skinny? ... Boring!

I used to be very skinny and now I'm a bit over weight and there are big girls who are comfortable in their skin! To all you haters, I give you one big BAH!

  • I think you should start running. No that will not give you a flat stomach but you will lose weight which in turn make your belly smaller. Start running around your house/apt, may be a mile. Keep doing it for week or so then either run faster or run longer. You don't even have to change your diet. If you exercise enough you will lose weight no matter how much you eat. How long will it take? Well if you can run five miles every day under an hour you WILL lose weight FAST!!

  • Love the music! Who is it lol!

  • u guys are silly lol but anywho ur supposed to wear it longer than 2 hours lol and drink plenty of water to produce more sweat if im not mistaken and dont listen to the foolish comments because the damn sure not coming help u exercise so that can SHUT IT!! lol hehe

  • i think you are so damn brave confronting stuff that all women find terrifying at times in such a public sphere xo

  • you are an idiot lying down will not achieve ANYTHING

  • lol the thing women do i think your awsome

  • @MrMaryJanes No, I would never have a flat stomach. Like Ive repeated to you, I have been 110 lbs before and I did not have a flat stomach. It is not in my genetics. My mother has it, grandmother, aunt... its a body type. I am not pear shape, I hold all my fat on my abdomen. I am apple shape and always will be. I can only shrink my entire body but I cannot change my proportions.

  • lmao @ his voice!

  • @TheBlueOrbAstrologer I'm an idiot for suggesting that she eat correctly and exercise? Nice logic.

Clearly wrapping your body up like leftovers in plastic wrap is the better choice.

  • @MrMaryJanes you clearly don't know what you are talking about

  • @intheflowbaby Keep guzzling the Mcdonalds and crying about your body shape will never change. Wrapping your body up in plastic is hilarious .

  • @MrMaryJanes It's not a choice between EITHER exercising and eating right OR body wraps. People normally use them along with diet/exercise. But there is a lot of hype about them and ones you buy are really expensive, but people were telling me just cling wrap works, but obviously it doesn't. But diet and exercise will still never give me a flat stomach, ever. I'd need cosmetic surgery to achieve that

  • @ByeByeBelly It's sad that you actually believe that diet and exercise will not give you a 'flat stomach'..Apparently you're the only human on earth that would not get fit from eating healthy and exercising on a daily basis. You're an idiot. Enjoy your cling wrap rofl

  • @MrMaryJanes Like I said, the cling wrap hype DOES. NOT. WORK. I didn't say I would not get fit, I said I would never have a flat stomach. We all have different body shapes and I hold 90% of my excess fat in my abdomen. I would have to lose all my body fat, including my breasts, before I would lose all the fat off my abdomen. Youre an idiot for thinking everyone's the same. We're not. I have an unusually fat stomach.

  • @MrMaryJanes You can look up girls on youtube who are basically the same height and weight as me and some of them have much flatter stomachs than me as it is. You can tell that if they lost weight, the little bit of fat on their stomach would disappear. But for me, I have been like 110 lbs, and I still had a pot belly.

  • @ByeByeBelly You have a pot belly because you are extremely out of shape. Again; stop making excuses.

  • @MrMaryJanes You cant spot reduce. My stomach would get smaller as well as my whole body but I cannot have a flat stomach because of my genetic body shape. Like I said, I'd have to have barely any body fat, lose my breasts and ass, before I could have a flat stomach, thats the only way.

  • @ByeByeBelly I disagree with you slightly because you waist does go in which a true apple does not. I think you are definitely a mixture of apple and pear. A 'pepple'. .

I have worked with ppl all my life - true apples find it almost impossible to put weight on their thighs on their legs unless they are grossly obese and they don;t have you tapering in the waist

But you make a point I have Serena Williams stomach and it is flat and muscular even when she is overweight. Your shape is good

  • @MrMaryJanes I said I HAD a pot belly, at 110 lbs. Now I have A BIGGER pot belly. If I lose weight, I will have A SMALLER pot belly. Common fucking sense. I'm apple shape, I'll always have a pot. I'm not going to delude myself and think that I can have a flat stomach... because push ups etc etc dont work, its called spot reducing and it's been proven NOT to work. I know my body, and I have been skinny before, and I always had a fat gut.

  • @MrMaryJanes You can never change your body shape with diet and exercise. All you can do is shrink yourself all over, but you will still have the same proportions. A lot of women have big thighs and smaller upper bodies, I do not have that shape. All I can do is make myself smaller but I certainly cannot get a flat stomach unless I had liposuction.

  • @MrMaryJanes This isnt meant to be a serious video, you should be able to tell by the way we're laughing through it. I clearly said body wraps DONT work, in this video, in the description and in comments. So stop going around making up lies about me and quoting me on things I absolutely never said.

  • THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE GIRL OMG!, WHY DIDNT U MEASURE YOURSELF?

  • The only really effective way to lose weight is healthy eating and exercise!

  • it did flatten it

  • Wow, i think your body looks great. I like it =]

  • @MrMaryJanes I already do that. Does not change body shape

  • @ByeByeBelly It does. You just don't do it correctly.

  • @MrMaryJanes That's not a nice thing to say.

  • @MrMaryJanes If you're saying I can eventually have a flat stomach if I get so thin to the point my tits are flat and so is my ass, then I totally agree with you, I could have a flat stomach if I had like 2% body fat. But thats not healthy and not how I want to look either. OR if I got liposuction, it could be flat.

  • @ByeByeBelly you are lazy fat and stupid just shut up.

  • @ByeByeBelly you can actually lose all the weight by working out and having a good diet. just some people need help. my sis friend was 180 and now shes 130 she lost all that in 4months. cutting all fats-sodas-bread-pastas-ice cream. so it can be done without needing this stuffs. just takes time. :) but good video.

  • @ByeByeBelly working out doesn't just mean "loosing weight", so if you did, your tits and ass wouldn't become flat. having a flat belly involves not just cardio, but also building muscle, and building muscle would get your ass perkier, tighter, and work your pectoral muscles, wich would also help your boobs.

about the belly wrap, it works if you have it on your belly WHEN you're working out, because when you sweat you release some excess fat by your pores. i tried it and it worked.

  • @MrMaryJanes I agree with you, always makes me laugh when people assume that by easy fixes they will look thin and beautiful and then get all defensive. What are they getting defensive about? Its your choice to eat like a pig, accept the critisism, right?

  • You actually aren't very fat.

  • U look awesome :)

  • uhh no nothing..you are supposed to excercise while doing it .. isobaric for the abs...thats why you are a fail!

  • please explain how the douchebag speaking in the video got you fat... stress, talking bad to you etc

  • it kind does, i recon it works better after work outs.

  • Hey beautiful one, that's a nice belly and navel, interesting for you to wrap yourself in cling film. I'm back on my diet and have so far lost half a stone. Can I have your e.mail address in Australia, I will send you a copy.

  • Honest reply from a seasoned personal trainer. Yes, they work, yes you can spot reduce. Now, let me quantify. Any woman who's worn jeans/belts/socks too tight, you'll see depressions and grooves where the garment & seams were tight, in essence, "shrinking" that part of the body beneath the tight garment (IOW: it compressed the water temporarily out of that area). Yes, the difference is measurable. And, yes, it all comes back when you drink water. Why do you women fall for such claptrap as this?

  • @Merrida100 You ladies won't exercise PROPERLY or eat BALANCED meals (but you'll spend hours at the gym and go on a diet,...those are NOT the same thing girls). For the record, exercising (especially deconditioned) in those silly neoprene or rubber suits thinking you'll "sweat the fat out" and reshape your bodies....Please understand that you guys falling for and spending money on, such silly items ADDS to "The List" men have of "stupid things women do." Common sense combined with a joke = this

  • @Merrida100 Spot on i could not actually believe that this was a real product

  • @Merrida100 well I didn't say it worked lol

  • @ByeByeBelly True, true, you didn't. I was making more of a general statement when I see so many bizarre fads women try looking for an easier way out. Like the caffeine cream, etc. The thing is, some movie stars DO do this because yes it does work, but it lasts for a very, very small bit of time. But for that time (for a photo shoot example) it'll make the skin look smoother and tighter, very momentarily, and returns if you drink a glass of water. It has its place. PS: More Jim please, funny!

  • "I'll give that a thrrrp" made me laugh! So unexpected.

  • i think it worked? did anyone els think so?

  • You gain the water weight back as soon as u drink. Try a neoprene wrap when u work out

  • I wonder what a belly WITHOUT the body wrap looks like from night to the next morning...maybe it reduces that much overnight anyway?

  • @s2macdon yeah well I said to someone else, my belly shrinks a lot from the time I go to bed til the morning. Mainly if I have a long sleep. So I wouldnt bother doing an overnight wrap

  • @ByeByeBelly mine does too..when i wake up i feel lighter..its not your belly shrinkng its your spine extending from the disks decompacting...and your digestive system doing most of its work overnight.

  • I think body wraps do work in shaping your body in a certain way (they work in the same way corets do) but it has to be over a LONG period of time. The woman with the smallest waist corseted her body for years to slowely reduce the size of her waist and proportion her body differently. Id say this might work but you'd have to try it over a long period of time.

haha so funny looking at you wrap your body with plastic wrap XD

  • I've just gotta say this is the funniest thing i've seen all day LOL

  • thumbs up for Josh and the background-music :) screw bodywraps and the whole self-consciousness-indutry...

  • I've read something like that before but they recommended to mix ground black pepper with the lotion too. Never tried it by myself though. Maybe you might try that for me hehe :3

  • I love u for doing this! I'm gonna try it but with cardio.. I can't just lay on the couch and be hot. That would drive me nuts! Lol your laugh is infectious.. and ya BF is funny as hell.. many blessings and love to u hun!

  • I spent 200 dollars on a body wrap and didnt lose one inch not one pound nothin. And i only ate 1200 calories that day too.

  • I have no idea about body wraps but maybe you have to do daily or regularly to see a difference? You know like slendertone works if you use it daily? Apparently..but it hurts. Well according to my friend she said she lost a lot of weight using it daily but it hurts, it's expensive but I might ask for one for Christmas?

  • You look marvelous!

  • Comment removed

  • You have to be doing cardio while wearing it. I have a neoprene waist wrap (which was like only $5), and I wear it when I do cardio, and afterwards i'm soaked in sweat. Wrapping yourself and then laying on the couch won't do much.

Maybe you should try a girdle, but those are so uncomfortable and they show through clothes and you have to wear them ALL the time. I've tried a girlde when I was loosing weight so it would shape my body as I lost weight, and it does work.

  • Jogging while wearing them creates more heat, you sweat more and burn fat faster.

  • Cardio, drinking lots of water, and watching diet is the only thing that will make a difference.

  • wow your bfs voice haha he sould talk for some show or something

  • really you dont have a big stomach..to me its sexy

  • nooo it's just water weight, not fat. :\ but nice demonstration! lol

  • This is a breakthrough in weight loss!

  • " I did this" hahaha Josh has a really good voice for voiceovers!!

  • @bodykiss i was thinking the same thing

  • From the looks of your stomach, it honestly looks like it's more skin than anything else, which is a good sign :) It means you've lost weight xx

  • There's no hype, you can't spot reduce.

  • @TheUnbreakableOne there's a big hype about body wraps!

  • @TheUnbreakableOne Technically, yes you can. Especially if you're overweight and retain water. Those little impressions you get around your stomach from your tight jeans, or the wavy impressions around your calves from the socks? Same principle, same theory. The pressure compresses the water within the fat cells TEMPORARILY DISPLACING THEM. That's why the result is TEMPORARY and miniscule at best, dangerous at worse. From a practical, fitness point of view, correct, no spot reduction possible

  • @TheUnbreakableOne Oh, and by the way, re: the temporary spot reduction that does occur, think of it like: squeezing a water balloon. You can squeeze it into a new shape, but notice the balloon contains the same amount of liquid? It doesn't "disappear" just because you squeeze the water balloon in the middle. SAME thing happens here. Nothing gets sucks out, dissolved, broken down, or melted (dear God people, take some biochem lessons!). As she correctly pointed out, it works, IT IS TEMPORARY

  • You wrapping yourself in plastic wrap has to be one of the funniest things I've ever seen, next to Marley's drumming, of course! :D Josh sounds like even he can't figure it out.

  • @benvolio15 lol

  • Interesting, I heard that cling wrap worked for temporary reduction... but I think you have to wear it longer... say overnight or overtime... its like your sweating out water weight. Josh (is that his name?) started cracking me up!

  • @abundanceoflindsay Maybe! I've seen videos where people say they wore it for 45 minutes or an hour and it worked. I don't think an overnight one for me would show true results because my stomach shrinks dramatically from the time I go to bed to when I wake up naturally. lol
