That's a car that weighs only 1,100 kilos (the same as a mini cooper) with 790 horsepower & 510 lb-ft of Torque

I don't see how anyone can criticize this driving, as it's such an obvious display of superb driving skill. This is an amazing drive, and not very dangerous as there are safety crews on-site

And he's not up-shifting too soon, he's doing that in order to not have the car at super-high revs during some parts of a corner...which would make it far easier for the back-end to step out

The driver is Michael Schumacher (the most successful Formula 1 driver in History) and the passenger is footballer Zinedine Zidane. This was filmed at a motor-sports exhibition held on the Magny-Cours racing circuit in France.

Schumacher is driving the (track-only) Ferrari FXX that he helped them develop...so nobody on the planet knows this car better than him, and he's supported by a full race team at the track.

So...the best driver on the planet, with one of the best cars in world

i'm really not impressed with this guy. Good for him that he can afford this car, but it would be nice if he had the sense to pay for lessons on how to drive it. The car clearly has too much power for him and he shifts too early. i also think that this guy should really have a fire suit on since crashing looks like a very real possibility for him. But he thats just my opinion

I timed the lap and the fxx did a ~1:32.. and the lap record for this track is set by an ariel atom which did around ~1:41 :D awesome

this car has so much power at the rear end , that you actually never know if it's too early or too late it's like endless wrestling at the entry ,middle and exit of every corner ,and thats what makes this car so special I guess.......nice vid 5*

yea it it is with the top speed. the new fxx evo top speed is 390 kph it limited so it can easy beat the veyrons top speed. and yeah the accelariting is faster cause veyron is very heavy.

do you know nothing? i think so. schumacher was only the stig for the lap in the fxx. just like they got heikki kovalinen in to do the track lap in the F1 car. i am not sure of this but i think the regular stig is ben collins. also did you see the car control and talent that was displayed in the fxx lap. there is no way the stig is that good.
