  • I love the way you feel, when you play. Just beautiful!

  • where do you plug the rode nt2a?

  • @jograd08 I have a small Behringer mixer I plug it into for 48V phantom power, then to computer. However, several sound cards have phantom power built in these days.

  • 5 People haven't quite figured out the G chord yet . . .

  • U should make a video an teach how to play it, that is an amazing version of amazing grace

  • This is a stunning version of a beautiful song. Just found your stuff on youtube today and I'm loving it.

    AF

  • D: Amazing!

  • very well played !

  • Har du något bra tips på program man kan lägga till lite reverb?:) Sen undrar jag vart du fått backintrack ifrån. De lugna man hör i bakgrunden.

  • really nice arrangement, pretty much perfectly suited to this song. The open G style is also very sweet especially given the very sincere love of this song among both bluegrass and celtic music lovers. beautifully executed and lovely dynamics as well.

  • nice to see your back.

  • People don't need to cuss on this song. This is a song for God. THis is amazing.

  • I love this!! You and "Brandon Ray Collins" do my favorite versions

  • I know this is not a typical post you would receive on a video...last night my Grandmother past away. She had two kids, and many grand children. She was born in Scotland, and her and my my Grandfather brought my father and his sister to Canada via boat. Grandfather played bagpipes as does my dad today.

So hearing this song on guitar, I feel so many things right now. But I just want to say you are very talented, and you play it very well.

  • absolutely great. "Amazing"

  • I'm not telling you to post a tab. but you really should post a tab...

  • Played with such grace.. This beautiful hymne was never sung with such expressiveness and purity ever before.. It must bring even the cold-hearted to tears. Thank you! Kind regards from The Netherlands.

  • Hey Martin, I thought I would take some time out of my day and listen to you again.. and watch.as you make every vocal note that guitar has to offer... sing that song to perfection, I am simply moved with chills up and down my arms. Sweaden has produced an amazing guitarist, and I am grateful to be your friend here in the states.

Thanks again for sharing another beautiful song. Keep in touch! Your Friend Jim

  • Could this song be played with any more soul and skill? Thank you. Many tears here today, at the loss of a friend. Listening to this was healing.

  • absolutely beautiful!! made me cry :)

  • Det finns ingen gitarrist i sverige som kan spela med en sån känsla som du martin. helt fantastiskt bra. tack för att du visar oss hur musik ska låta.

  • Very nice Martin!!

  • Hej Martin,

Du är lika grym som vanligt :) Helt fantastisk version!

Har aldrig hört nån som spelar med så mycket känsla. Hatten av (igen)

  • the psalms tell us that those who play the strings hold a place dear in the heart of god,and recieve special blessing from him, i think this proves to be true.

  • Man, God is in your hands, and your hand is a so beautiful example about what the hand of God can make. A lot of blessings, as I have felt blessed hearing you... Take care, God bless...

  • @CygnusatratusZ god has nothing to do with this, this is hard work. you can pray all you want the only way is working hard.

  • great!!! greetings from poland

  • hello,,, im amazed by your talent.. what tuning are u using on the amazing grace song. and is there a tab u have for it ?

  • Hi Martin!

Wonderful!!! Perfect arrangement and played - great sound!

    Best wishes

    Thomas

  • Around my part of the country, about the only time you hear "Amazing Grace" is at a funeral...often done by pipes. Recently, the song has hit too close to home. SO, it is with a "good tear" in my eye, that I have listened to, and newly appreciated hearing this song, in an uncharacteristic version. The quiet, subtle notes you played have been played with a smile, and FOR the purpose of a smile. And the next time I hear the song, in the "oh so familiar" place, I shall smile. Thank You.

  • Woooow!! you are briliant martin!!!

  • Glad to see you, Hope your come back with some new arrangements.I don't play guitar since 5 year.I love picking and discover it from Marcel Dadi who first join partition with disc or cd. When i see you playing I'll play again in a few week.

Thanks boy for all your music and hope it's for long time . Thanks very much

  • man your an inspiration and a half for a 16 year old like me,whenever im stressed out i just stick on one of your arrangements and im relieved. I hope one day i will be able to see you on tour.

  • you are very best for me !!

  • a teacher of mine...

  • Ok... Well that was a surprise, a pleasant one. Thank you...

  • Well done sir!

  • Excuse the pun but thats amazing.

  • As usual, a BEAUTIFUL, emotional and heart-felt interpretation! Such a beautiful song, beautifully and masterfully expressed.

  • Hej Martin,

I am so happy to see you were found again. I missed you, you know. YT wasn't the same without you. For sure! Hope everything is OK with you.

As always, I admire your music. Amazing.

I was in STH last week with Marie. She loved it, even if is was cold and foggy. We met a lot of nice Swedes. Now she want to go back in the summer. :-)

    Love,

    Per-Olov

  • Excellent ! ;-)

  • What you posted here is such a beautiful rendition of this song. I always wanted to do this song on the guitar in this exact way and now you have shown us all how to accomplish that through your talent......I can not stop listening to it.....You are so very very inspired and have also inspired others!!!! Thank you again..........

  • whats the mic?

    Keep up the good work!
