I prefer 1-10 chickens 10-20 cows 20-35 minotaurs or monks 35-60 hill giants 60-80 flesh crawlers and 80-99 giant spiders but overall a 10000000/5 on the vid

99 on monks is good. It they are great to train on and there is no better monster to train on for pures (f2p). Lessers and spiders r crap, if they keer hitting up to 7.

the last option sucks for pures =/need to much food. use a multiplay option ,without food : like moss giants in varrock dungeon . trained my str from 60 till 85 and prayer from 25 till 43 with big bones.

Believe me, once you are 70+ Strength. You will kill them pretty fast. I had a Strength Pure before that I trained 70-85 Strength there. Then I moved on to Giant Spiders until it got banned :(
