  • When shadowing a physical therapist I've also seen this one done laying down. You can flex (bend) your hip and then put your ankle on the knee so that you have basically the same posture, with out any trouble trying to keep the back straight

  • I have very bad pain in my sciatic nerve mostly is the buttocks area. I Also have spine disease so getting on the floor to do so many of the stretches they say help with this pain is impossible for me. I saw this video did it 3-times in about as many minutes and already it feels so much better. Thanks.

  • @PCEliT1ST actually, this one is fairly legitimate, i've done this same stretch lying down doing p90x

  • I get pain in my upper right leg a lot, and after doing this stretch for a few seconds I could immediately feel the effect, and within ten minutes all of the aches were gone. Hell, my right leg felt better than my left, which almost never has any pain. I'm fucking stunned.
