You could replay the Dungeon of Mystery a couple of times; after a certain point, it becomes almost easy (and you get about 40k per trip)

To grind skills super effectively get your primary weapon attack skill maxed and anatomy maxed gulp down a lot of EOT and EOH to raise your Life up till 1000 and your mana to 3-400. Go down Mystical Dungeon and slaughter everything using weapons with Hit Chance bonuses and life leech and mana leech and gain 20K a run and then go waste the money on Book of Artistry and Alchemy then also cooking you will soon make stat boosters in the amount you can swim in.

whoah i got a bunch of money it was like 11,000 to 12,000 gold by selling stuff from my storehouse and it glitched and so now i have "NaN" money and it is unlimited! btw awesome game!

@alistairmatsuda That's little money I usually spend time in the Mystical Dungeon. When down at level 15 facing the demons I get around 3000 A level. Down to 20 I get 26K. In less than an hour. But when You have enough life it's not hard at all started a new character and have only played 5 Hours have 300 life and 150 mana. Making Potions of Toughness all the time raising my health more and more and more.

@ayteh101 At low levels grind the skills through practise, at high levels use a lotta books. Took several hours of work going through the dungeons.

I'm a final fantasy addict, so grinding is in my blood. I have 1000 in attack and 1000 in defence.

@MrMojtaba9999 From the shop, or by crafting it. The sum total of your crafting skills (artistry and blacksmithing) should be above 1700 for you to have a 30% chance for the redemption sword.

@alex55140 I answered you from popopirat32 accidently. Yes you can craft without knowing the recipe. That's why this is so useful. You can craft items without spending 10s of thousands on recipes hoping you get lucky.

@popopirat32 Refine your weapon? Do you mean add a hit dice to your weapon? Use the oil of enhancement from 0.57 . I used it many times and now my axe does 260 damage a hit, enough to kill the big boss in two hits.

@rougewarrior9721 Do the final defence quest or buy them in the rare items pack in the shop.

You may need more than that, if you fail, so the rare items pack is important.

The formula for your chance to succeed is artistry+skill needed-item level= chance*1000.

The cookery page isn't useless: at 2:02 and 2:05 you can make the meat of toughening and meat of harnessing if you don't have the ingredients for the corresponding elixir.

@6rednek I had completed the game, so I was overpowered in combat skills. I then completed the dungeon of mystery 6 times (rushing through the first 10 levels then collecting lotsa items), and used the gold from there to buy skill books and recipes. I'd initially got the first 200 or so points by crafting simple items again and again. It costs about 30K to fully level up a skill.

@6rednek 5D6 has a minimum of 5, yet a max of 30 plus magic and critical and rage and etc. attributes, yet 3D12 has a minimum of 3, and a max of 36 plus magic, rage, and critical. I have and enormous backpack, I would take both!

@6rednek It means you'll roll three dice which do 12 damage. If you want to compare weapons, you take the average of their middle roll and times that by the number of dice. The middle roll for dice of 1-12 is calculated using (nmax+1 / 2). So, (13/2)*3d=19.5. A 5D6 dice will do (7/2)*5d=17.5 damage.

If you want a simpler method, just times 3 by 12 (36) take half (18) and add 0.5 for each dice (1.5). If you want an even simpler method, just compare 3 by 12 (36) to 5 by 6 (30)

How is 3d6 = 40 damage? Barbarian Claymore is better than toxic touch imo and even easier to craft.
