@SuperSF4yeaaa I've been playing SF3 since 2001. Tiers always exist in fighting games. You make up for tier disadvantages with skill. Anyone with a ridiculous amount of skill like Kuroda will make any character look godly, but that doesn't change the existence of tiers.

I was responding to Treelis, who called Hugo a noob character. You're telling me a noob with Hugo or Q can beat an average ryu/ken/chun player, I whole heartedly disagree.

Ryu's taunt speeds up his own stun recovery and that's only effective for 2 taunts, not three.

That's not how he did it. I just tested on PS2 training mode to make sure, and I'm certain he wouldn't and couldn't have broken that 720 into two separate 360s around the parries.

If you watch the rest of the Kuroda Hugo DVD, you'll see he is just *that good*. He rips red parry into Gigas like it's nothing, Hayao-style. He seems to buffer and partition Gigas Breakers sometimes, but that's definitely not what he did here. That was just a fast-as-fuck Gigas.

Zangief, no. T. Hawk, yes. Zangief's priority, range and recovery are good enough. T. Hawk has so few useful moves, and such poor poking, that he should do something like 20-30 per cent more damage per move.
