@milen899 Just got around to testing the new drivers today. Not only did this update fix the artifacts, it also allows me to run Ultra at 50-70FPS with no motion blur; 22" monitor.
I am having this same problem with my Gainward GTX 560ti, and it's infuriating because it only seems to happen on certain maps, particularly the Back to Karkand maps. Nothing here has fixed it for me.. However whilst messing with the graphics settings mid-game while standing in a spot where the problem was occuring, I found that turning 'Mesh Detail' down made a significant improvement, in real time. But when I went further into the map, it started happening in a different place...
I fixed this problem in my Asus GTX560ti 900mhz by reducing the clock speeds to: core clock 820mhz shader clock 1640mhz and memory to 2000mhz....then set all settings to max but AA at x2 and texture details to high...and bingo problem solved.....Basicall you replicate the gtx560 by reducing the clock of your oc gtx560ti
I have it also on my GTX 560 Ti HAWK... Just way more unbearable, taken to totally next stage in getting worse from this one. This bug has been here ever since the map came out with this particular card... I've had enough of waiting for a fix, ordering GTX 580 Lightning Xtreme Edition now, damn better work then!
I had the same problem with my GTX 560ti. Looking round online it looks like everybody is waiting on Nvidia to release an updated driver to fix the problem. I have since put my settings from ultra down to high. This has fixed the problem. Little bit annoying seeing as though we have spent good money on powerful gaming rigs but at least the game is perfectly playable and in all fairness it still looks awesome!
i have gtx 560 ti , and the EXACT same thing is happening to me. Sometimes worse. My temps are max 69 Celcius. It got alittle better after changing to the latest beta. Here is the name of another bf3 video showing "the glitch" Its called "Battlefield 3 Beta Texture bug ". Hope its solved soon. I only get this on the Caspian Borders map.
New drivers released!!! If this fix the artifacts tell me. I,ve bought 560 ti and maybe tomorow will arive. Sorry for my bad english.

@kyleotoole The bingo is note there with the clock. It's with the texture detail.

Turning down MSAA from 4 to zero makes this almost go away for me.
