This is caused by the shader for the map (a file that controls effects and such for the textures, textures being the images on the brushes, brushes being e.g. walls, the ground, and so on..)

This isn't a general error in caen2 so its either something to do with an error in your own shader\ET or more likely the ET install \ map \ files at the server u played on, or a combination of that.. (not entirely a bulletproof answer on this, but it isn't as much the maps fault as the server\player)

that is a server side problem with a few maps that make wall textures out of water textures. The movement is from water textures.
