no, i don't think so. most of this freeware stuff tends to be for windows, because most computer nerds use windows.

There is an Apophysis branch called Apophysis-J. It is written in Java, so it can run on virtually any platform. I'm not aware of any other versions for Macs.

I loaded up the Fractal 45 file, and it looked nothing like the one you had. Any thoughts?

Like I said in the video, they are different and random every time. I do programming, but not in the language that Apophysis uses, so I have no idea how to even fathom a fractal that resembles my the slightest.

if you have apophysis, you can go to the flame editor, and manipulate the triangles and values to make different flames.

ther's an easier way to do it; when you save your fractal save it as "png" it'll have transparent background automacly, so you'll skip some steps ;)
