It is, but Harry's eyes are green, and Ginny's eyes are brown, because when Mrs. Weasley is pleading with Harry not to go after Voldemort in Book 7, and Harry forces himself to look into her eyes, it doesn't help that they were the exact shade of BROWN as Ginny's. Also, in Book 2, it says that a pair of bright brown eyes are peeking around a door at Harry. Obviously, this could mean another Weasley than Ginny, but it was probably Ginny because she admires Harry and wants to spy on him. ;)
