hey just wondering how this works out the chest?should i Just do this workout circuit x3/4 and nothing else.how many times a week, every day or 3 times a week? thanks
my coach told me to cheak u out becouse im in football as andeffensive line men and im in track as a shotputer and i have to say these work outs look realy good im a try them tomarrow though so idk if u can messege me or something with some tips but my email is cc56martin@hotmail.com and i also have a facebook if u can get on it and tell me some tips i would realy apreshat it! ohh andd im a jr in high school im 16 so any good workouts for me that u have i would realy like o know!
hi Jeff i dont wanna be rude, i come from the Marine Corps me and my buddies looked at some workouts but how come all videos you wear no shirt and same track pants...
Hi guys. I tried this workout in the gym today and I can say this is a quick and effective workout. Gets you winded and breaking a sweat, good stuff.
The only problem I had with the workout was the last exercise.
For me, it was too much work on the triceps and not enough on my abs. So I split it into 2. 20x tricep press and 30x of the xman crunch. I found this more effective personally.
Oh hai! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin lost lots of weight with it.
Great workout Jeff! Two circuits of this is a great and quick routine. Almost the only workout one would need. Added the inverted pull ups/hangs that you recommended recently to hit the back a bit.
Keep it up Jeff. My body at 44 looks better than ever and keeps turning heads. My wife even told me that seeing the Thor movie yesterday made her think she was going home with her own Thor body-MINE!
Watched your vid's for awhile-done a lot of your workouts. Gotta tell you Bro, THIS one is sick! The X-sit up/tricep press was some Stephen King horror Sh*t! Keep 'em coming! You got the best stuff on the web...
@01coyote13 I wouldn't do that because you want to be able to put onehundred percent into your anaerobic training and with aerobic training as the rest for the circuit would make a less productive anaerobic workout. rest is essential with anaerobic training. Your body needs time to get rid of the lactic acid buildup in your body. Plus your body will be burning calories for 12 hours after an intense weight bearing exercise. Plus muscle burns more calories than not having muscle.
@01coyote13 yes maybe to warm up to get the blood flowing then after if you wish for a short cardio session with spurts of quick roping then active recovery with regular, slow to med tempo then quick for maximum calorie burning within a short period of time good luck!!
Jeff, just wanted to say thanks for all of the info you are posting. I only use your training methods and they have really worked for me. I am telling all of my friends to watch your vids and to use your methods. I didnt realize how poorly i was training until i tried your workouts. The bulletproof series is great. Thanks too for your info vids on diet and supplements. I love what you do and appreciate the effort. Keep up the great work and thanks again...really!
Nice video.... I need to do this to change my workouts! Thanks Jeff! I'm sure chicks are gonna wanna BANG me when I do this program!! Your the best! Keep sending me videos!!!
Great job jeff! I dont like the bulletproof series because its just 1 exersice each time. This full body program is much better! I am in my 8 week at the 90 days program. And when im done I think im gonna try some of this videos. 300, Expandebles and other you have shown before. Thank you for the video and good luck!
I tried this work-out and really I felt almost all parts of my bodies. I made 3 circuits of 10 reps each since this exercises are new to me. It was really great! If you're still strong after doing this, just add full-body dips and pull-ups to the circuit...and goodluck! lol
@DiscoRByrno I know what you mean dude, alot of my clients are like that.
One of the biggest things that fucks you over is not having your diet in check, you can run 3 miles everyday, but if you're not in a calorie deficit, you're not going to lose any weight. losing and gaining weight is just mathematics. watch this>>>>> youtube.com/watch?v=ntB6YKdpS0M&feature=channel_video_title
Hi Jeff, Im thinking about starting your program but i have a knee problems so i cant do much leg exercise as ii is quite painfull... would it be still good for me ??? Thank you
@DiscoRByrno Can you give me an outline of what a daily intake of food is like?
And diet doesnt mean starvation, its jsut what you eat
The only way the metabolism gets slowed down is by going on zig zag diet (drastically reducing calories causing your body to go into starvation mode, which then starts to use your muscle as fuel.
Hi Jeff, could this be done as a conditioning exercise (full circuit x3/4) or is it too strenuous and should only really be used for a weights workout? Cheers
Greatly appreciatted that you decided to release this workout. I know it will help out with my training greatly. No back to the bulletproof seris for a few more then do a another like this. Always fun to mix it up..
Jeff, thanks for your diligence with your creative, consistent workouts! I think a break from the bulletproof series is good - mixing things up keeps us wondering what's next, just like our bodies should with each workout. Keep up the good work, bro!
@DiscoRByrno "This guy" also gives the same advice i do ( and anyone thats knows anything about fat loss) go through his videos. he even states DIET is the most important thing. Im sorry you're ignorant towards the one thing that can get you "lean"
Workouts and cardio dont get you lean, a calorie deficit does. GO RESEARCH
@DiscoRByrno Dude you have so many things wrong i dont even know were to start, but i will help you, please be open minded.
1.Dieting doesn't reduce metabolism, the metabolism is only a word for how the body recycles food, you need a constant supply of protein throughout the day to build/ tone muscle. eating every 3 hours maximizes this.
2.Find out your BMR ( How much calories you need to maintain your bodyweight ) add 500 or subtract 500 in order to lose or gain weight.
u dnt have to keep changing exercises all the time, if up the weight or sets ur muscles will be forced to adapt. there are certain exercises u will always use.
i've been tryin to come up wit ways to stablize the barbell to a corner in my gym.... damn how did i not come up wit using towels!? good video man!!! btw I have a lil request for you....do you think you could do a video on training your neck? not just traps....but NECK as a muscle group of it own. I pulled the back of my neck unracking the bar during incline press and although I kno the main cause is the lack of warming up of my neck, I do then believe that training neck is essential. Thanks!!!
@irunlv ya i've heard of it but mine unfortunately does not.....:( i'm a bit unsure about these neck exercises i c on the internet such as neck curls and all that so i wanna c wut Jeff thinks.
Great upper body WO. I have done some of these with my clients. Really like the combinations you put together and setting the # of 135 reps as the goal.
@MichaelBlackburn1991 Did you watch it???Is opening with some squats, doing some lunges shoulder press and wen is doind the abs excersice by opening your legs in a V shape its going to work your abducters muscles.
jeff,,your a legend,,amazing all the new stuff you come up with,,brilliant workout,,will be hitting the gym tomorrow to blast this one out,,big thanks jeff,& huge respect..SLAINTE...
id prefer more of these videos, the bullet proof thingo is great and all but i think bulletproofing is like only nesecary when you have a decent amount of muscle already
If you got an HD Camera, I think it would be pretty cool since we would see more definition and really see the muscles. I don't mean to sound weird :p But on another note this video is AWESOME!
I have a question, with those rubber bands that you use to work the abs, can I use a door for the rubber bands instead of a cage like yours? thank you.
@21CSpartan to say its of waste of time or money is just blind. There is a lot of dedication and beauty in bodybuilding. Not for me but then again neither is strongman or power lifting. Do whats best for you and respect others that are busting their ass for their goals
this will get you in shape not turn you into ronnie coleman. you have no idea how much you have to do till you get to the stage of not being able to wipe your ass. jeff is a genius
Great workout idea, especially if in a commercial gym at a crowded time, if you can find a corner. FYI, Olympic is spelled incorrectly in the lead in flyer.
@DiscoRByrno Lol im a bodybuilder, you don't plateau doing the same things, compound movements are what build mass. when u can get 8 reps with a weight, you move up.
This shit is for beginers and people that dont know what they're doing, but it's better than nothing.
Not saying this is useless but your MUCH better off doing compound movements with heavy weight to get results
@bebIessed Were not trying to be a bodybuilder, you may argue your point, but this guy knows what he is doing. This is for Athleticism, not huge amount of muss mass, but to look good
i have done some of these exercises for a while and they have greatly improved my explosive power and general strength for martial arts. very functional and very effective. great routine.
@bebIessed Depends what you're after. Those exercise are ok for building mass, but if you want functional muscles like an athlete then you need to do more versatile exercises that incorporate multiple muscle groups. This video is one such example.
I like this workout! Very interesting. I go to a gym and this workout would definitely save me time staying in one little corner with the same needed equipment, rather than having to find or wait for others to finish with equipment that I need.

Hey Jeff,
Great workout idea, especially if in a commercial gym at a crowded time, if you can find a corner. FYI, Olympic is spelled incorrectly in the lead in flyer.
best,
Randy

sinistercharlie 8 months ago
@DiscoRByrno Lol im a bodybuilder, you don't plateau doing the same things, compound movements are what build mass. when u can get 8 reps with a weight, you move up.
This shit is for beginers and people that dont know what they're doing, but it's better than nothing.
Not saying this is useless but your MUCH better off doing compound movements with heavy weight to get results

@sinistercharlie Lol im a natural bodybuilder, bodybuilding isnt always about roids, there is such thing as NATURAL bodybuilding :)
bebIessed 8 months ago
@bebIessed Were not trying to be a bodybuilder, you may argue your point, but this guy knows what he is doing. This is for Athleticism, not huge amount of muss mass, but to look good
KissTfur 8 months ago
@bebIessed He also pull out his degree's, if you don't think he knows what he doing
KissTfur 8 months ago
@KissTfur This is more of a cardio circuit training, not for mass gain.
Its good but you're not gonna get bigger doing this

i have done some of these exercises for a while and they have greatly improved my explosive power and general strength for martial arts. very functional and very effective. great routine.

Pretty cool I was wondering though could you make a workout specifically for jiu-jitsu
supraspeedjz 8 months ago
This is it!!!! I luv this one!
ladre2k5 8 months ago
Why not just do rows and dumbell rows and hammer strength machine for mass?
this is bull
bebIessed 8 months ago
@bebIessed Depends what you're after. Those exercise are ok for building mass, but if you want functional muscles like an athlete then you need to do more versatile exercises that incorporate multiple muscle groups. This video is one such example.

@bebIessed The whole idea is that it combines cardio to burn off fat.

I like this workout! Very interesting. I go to a gym and this workout would definitely save me time staying in one little corner with the same needed equipment, rather than having to find or wait for others to finish with equipment that I need.
XxSSjUltimatexX 8 months ago
is this more a muscle building or strength/endurance workout?
