  • Nice video man, I liked the different techniques!

  • Can you use a normal home gym barbell with 45lbs on it instead of an olympic?

  • This is a kick ass workout brother!!!!!!!! GOOOOOOOOD SHIT

  • hi Jeff i dont wanna be rude, i come from the Marine Corps me and my buddies looked at some workouts but how come all videos you wear no shirt and same track pants...

  • @DCortes0300 Marines have their "uniforms"...Jeff Cavalier has his. Both forces to be reckoned with!!

  • @superscorpionking90 im not bashing on him. got respect for him hes one dedicated MF. there are workouts here that actually are usefull.

  • Hi guys. I tried this workout in the gym today and I can say this is a quick and effective workout. Gets you winded and breaking a sweat, good stuff.

The only problem I had with the workout was the last exercise.

For me, it was too much work on the triceps and not enough on my abs. So I split it into 2. 20x tricep press and 30x of the xman crunch. I found this more effective personally.

Other than that its a great circuit, try it!

  • i'm already tired and sore just watching it.

  • UHHH...i soooo have a crush on Jeff Cavaliere !!! :)

  • Awesome! You should do more exercises like this. Thanks a bunch.

  • Great workout Jeff! Two circuits of this is a great and quick routine. Almost the only workout one would need. Added the inverted pull ups/hangs that you recommended recently to hit the back a bit.

Keep it up Jeff. My body at 44 looks better than ever and keeps turning heads. My wife even told me that seeing the Thor movie yesterday made her think she was going home with her own Thor body-MINE!

  • that is one crazy workout jeff!! hey is there a way to do decline bench press without a bench.

  • Watched your vid's for awhile-done a lot of your workouts. Gotta tell you Bro, THIS one is sick! The X-sit up/tricep press was some Stephen King horror Sh*t! Keep 'em coming! You got the best stuff on the web...

  • you are amazing, great work

  • the music is awsome, who's is it ?

  • Just AWESOME Jeff! Good Shit Bro.

  • jeff thanks for the workouts,

i do have a question, if i where to do jump rope between sets would that help me burn fat and gain muscle? thanks you again

  • @01coyote13 I wouldn't do that because you want to be able to put onehundred percent into your anaerobic training and with aerobic training as the rest for the circuit would make a less productive anaerobic workout. rest is essential with anaerobic training. Your body needs time to get rid of the lactic acid buildup in your body. Plus your body will be burning calories for 12 hours after an intense weight bearing exercise. Plus muscle burns more calories than not having muscle.

  • @Issaquan5 thanks, so i guess it would be best to leave the ump rope at the before and after the workout?

  • @01coyote13 yes maybe to warm up to get the blood flowing then after if you wish for a short cardio session with spurts of quick roping then active recovery with regular, slow to med tempo then quick for maximum calorie burning within a short period of time good luck!!

  • Are these in the athLEAN x program to

  • Jeff, just wanted to say thanks for all of the info you are posting. I only use your training methods and they have really worked for me. I am telling all of my friends to watch your vids and to use your methods. I didnt realize how poorly i was training until i tried your workouts. The bulletproof series is great. Thanks too for your info vids on diet and supplements. I love what you do and appreciate the effort. Keep up the great work and thanks again...really!

  • This a really good workout tried it love it

  • kick ass workout man!!!!!!!!!

  • Great Great video Jeff, I'm glad u posted it :)

  • Nice video.... I need to do this to change my workouts! Thanks Jeff! I'm sure chicks are gonna wanna BANG me when I do this program!! Your the best! Keep sending me videos!!!

  • Great job jeff! I dont like the bulletproof series because its just 1 exersice each time. This full body program is much better! I am in my 8 week at the 90 days program. And when im done I think im gonna try some of this videos. 300, Expandebles and other you have shown before. Thank you for the video and good luck!

  • It hurts so good!!!!

  • Wow what a sick workout!! you da man Jeff!!

  • hey, thanks jeff, your workouts has help me improve better in mma.

  • I tried this work-out and really I felt almost all parts of my bodies. I made 3 circuits of 10 reps each since this exercises are new to me. It was really great! If you're still strong after doing this, just add full-body dips and pull-ups to the circuit...and goodluck! lol

  • @kimplang sounds tough with the dips n pull ups

  • Hey jeff, i did some chest workouts some months ago and now i looks like my chest is too bulky.. how do i lean it down? i need ur help.

    -ali (19) - malaysia

  • @insolito no i was saying that to someone who put a "first" comment. its really annoying

  • video with no intro...could it be?!!! BAM INTRO.....thanks for this jeff lovin it like all your vids, much appreciated

  • @rapproducent he already made a video called lose the love handles, that targets the obliques (side abs)

  • Jeff, I see you have GREAT side abs. Please make a workout about them.

  • BULLET PROOF CHEST/LATS/BACK :D

  • Amazing workout ,as always, Jeff! I'll give it a try as soon as i get back home! ;-)

  • @DiscoRByrno I know what you mean dude, alot of my clients are like that.

One of the biggest things that fucks you over is not having your diet in check, you can run 3 miles everyday, but if you're not in a calorie deficit, you're not going to lose any weight. losing and gaining weight is just mathematics. watch this>>>>> youtube.com/watch?v=ntB6YKdpS0M&feature=channel_video_title

  • Great stuff, only one set?

  • could you please bullet proof our necks?? thank you!

  • @DiscoRByrno Not to be an asshole but what makes you think you're going to get lean?

    Or are you not trying?

  • Hey, do you think you can give a workout without weights?

Maybe do a series of natural workouts.

    Thanks

  • @JDCav24 hey jeff, can you make a vid showing the correct way to do a deadlift?

  • Absolutely awesome workout! Thanks for breaking away to give us this work out!

  • This workout is insane i'm going to try it out on sat the gym isn't that packed

  • The first workout..

    Please caution.

Do NOT bend your knees too much or you will damage the knee caps. Also, if your theighs are weak, be prepaired to feel the burn. :)

  • Another awesome workout, can't wait to try it Friday, Thanks man.

  • Nice haircut

  • I only have the regular barbell. Would it work if I stacked 60 pounds on 1 side?

  • Hi Jeff, Im thinking about starting your program but i have a knee problems so i cant do much leg exercise as ii is quite painfull... would it be still good for me ??? Thank you

  • @DiscoRByrno What does a typical day of food look like for you? gimme an example

  • @DiscoRByrno And didnt you say your parents feed you crap? and they're reliable sources? doens't make much sense to me

  • @DiscoRByrno Can you give me an outline of what a daily intake of food is like?

And diet doesnt mean starvation, its jsut what you eat

The only way the metabolism gets slowed down is by going on zig zag diet (drastically reducing calories causing your body to go into starvation mode, which then starts to use your muscle as fuel.

  • nice, that's reminds me some exercises we did at the early 90's as classic athletes at Greece!

  • Hi Jeff, could this be done as a conditioning exercise (full circuit x3/4) or is it too strenuous and should only really be used for a weights workout? Cheers

  • Jeff, how can I download your intro song?

  • One of the best VDOs!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • DAMMIT...wtf did @beblessed friggin say

  • hey can you do a video on buletproof lats?

  • Who needs a load of fancy equipment unless your basement is a gym.

  • Greatly appreciatted that you decided to release this workout. I know it will help out with my training greatly. No back to the bulletproof seris for a few more then do a another like this. Always fun to mix it up..

  • I need those fitness bands where can I get one like the ones he uses

  • search athleanelast and you'll find them

  • Another top class work out, cheers Jeff, I dont know how you keep coming up with this stuff.

  • @DiscoRByrno "This guy" also gives the same advice i do ( and anyone thats knows anything about fat loss) go through his videos. he even states DIET is the most important thing. Im sorry you're ignorant towards the one thing that can get you "lean"

Workouts and cardio dont get you lean, a calorie deficit does. GO RESEARCH

  • @DiscoRByrno Then why are you wasting your time doing this total body workout shit

  • @DiscoRByrno oh and 4. If you want to "lean out" you need to remove the fat over your muscle to make it visible, simple as that.

  • @DiscoRByrno 3.Your parents don't force feed you ( im assuming ) and you look at least over 18 so dont make an excuse about food. (it's ignorant)

if you have any questions please ask you're in dire need of advice my friend

  • @DiscoRByrno Dude you have so many things wrong i dont even know were to start, but i will help you, please be open minded.

1.Dieting doesn't reduce metabolism, the metabolism is only a word for how the body recycles food, you need a constant supply of protein throughout the day to build/ tone muscle. eating every 3 hours maximizes this.

2.Find out your BMR ( How much calories you need to maintain your bodyweight ) add 500 or subtract 500 in order to lose or gain weight.

  • Love that Crank Drill!

  • @DiscoRByrno "Heavy results might get you results"

    God damn you're stupid.

And judging from seeing you on your videos im pretty sure you dont have your diet in check if you're a swimmer.

GET YO RESEARCH ON, Working out is only 15% of the way you look, the rest is DIET and REST.

  • Did this workout today... I think I'll be sore tomorrow

  • awesome stuff!!

  • Dude if you'll invest in the right lighting your body would look so much better.

your current light is completly washing you out...

  • @TheDannyBChannel its a workout not a fashion show

  • @MrFlashwall Yeah but still...his muscles could look way more defined with the right lighting. That light makes him look completly pale.

at the end of the day we workout hard to look good. i'm just sayin'....

  • haha this is an amazing blitz workout, but what if you don't have an olympic bar and plate? ;p

  • cheers! I thought this video was very helpful and i think more quick whole body workouts are the way forward ;D

  • loved it

  • This is gold

  • Do u have an ab wheel routine cause I got a beer belly that came with a pair of skinny chicken legs ..I know u r the one that can rescue me .

  • glad to see this video,I have been using the torsonator aka landmine to do these exercises. kick ass stuff

  • is it actually possible to get ripped working out at home?

  • @AKBeazBoi ur joking right? hahaha

  • @sniperd0g seeing an i am inexperienced in the bodybuilding department and heard vast amount of conflicting answers when i ask people, yeah i am

  • u dnt have to keep changing exercises all the time, if up the weight or sets ur muscles will be forced to adapt. there are certain exercises u will always use.

  • Nothing wrong with taking a quick break in the bullet proof series. Good use of olympic bar! Legs will be covered in the bullet proof series?

  • i've been tryin to come up wit ways to stablize the barbell to a corner in my gym.... damn how did i not come up wit using towels!? good video man!!! btw I have a lil request for you....do you think you could do a video on training your neck? not just traps....but NECK as a muscle group of it own. I pulled the back of my neck unracking the bar during incline press and although I kno the main cause is the lack of warming up of my neck, I do then believe that training neck is essential. Thanks!!!

  • @soFresh207 the gym that I go to has what is called a torsonator/landmine.these exercises are crazy good!

  • @irunlv ya i've heard of it but mine unfortunately does not.....:( i'm a bit unsure about these neck exercises i c on the internet such as neck curls and all that so i wanna c wut Jeff thinks.

  • can you pleas also do workouts without weight

  • AWESOME

  • GREAT workout can you PLEASE also do a CHEST bulletproof workout?

  • More bulletproof but this is great too!

  • This looks amazing, simple but very effective, definately giving this a try

  • Great upper body WO. I have done some of these with my clients. Really like the combinations you put together and setting the # of 135 reps as the goal.

  • Legs are lacking

  • @MichaelBlackburn1991 Did you watch it???Is opening with some squats, doing some lunges shoulder press and wen is doind the abs excersice by opening your legs in a V shape its going to work your abducters muscles.

  • great workout!!

  • jeff,,your a legend,,amazing all the new stuff you come up with,,brilliant workout,,will be hitting the gym tomorrow to blast this one out,,big thanks jeff,& huge respect..SLAINTE...

  • Nice! For the first time I'm actually dissapointed that my office gym and home gym don't have an olympic bar.

  • id prefer more of these videos, the bullet proof thingo is great and all but i think bulletproofing is like only nesecary when you have a decent amount of muscle already

  • Great video Jeff, looking forward too the ankle bulletproof video

  • epic! =D

  • Nice to see someone doing something and not charging for it - thanks pal for the fresh workouts.

  • love the beginning (are u ready) this was a awesome video better than some of your orthers me thinks

  • love the beginning (are u ready)

  • If you got an HD Camera, I think it would be pretty cool since we would see more definition and really see the muscles. I don't mean to sound weird :p But on another note this video is AWESOME!

  • make 1 for calves and forearms please

  • You skipped the intro?

On topic, one of the best videos you've ever released :) Your the man Jeff

  • Nice haircut, Jeff.

    Awesome vid.

  • man!!! i thought this workout was easy but instead, it burst out my ass !!! it really work my 'whole' body !! thanks for sharing man, great workout !

  • I have a question, with those rubber bands that you use to work the abs, can I use a door for the rubber bands instead of a cage like yours? thank you.

  • @21CSpartan to say its of waste of time or money is just blind. There is a lot of dedication and beauty in bodybuilding. Not for me but then again neither is strongman or power lifting. Do whats best for you and respect others that are busting their ass for their goals

  • You give the best workout advice! Thanks so much

  • This is creative, involves the whole body and each exercise involves the core

  • good work....

  • this will get you in shape not turn you into ronnie coleman. you have no idea how much you have to do till you get to the stage of not being able to wipe your ass. jeff is a genius

  • I always wondered who films this

  • I love when he does videos like this. So much different shit to do with just a barbell, plates, and a towel. Genius!

  • Hell of a circuit man can't wait to try this!

  • this was phenomenal. thanks!

  • Hey Jeff,

Great workout idea, especially if in a commercial gym at a crowded time, if you can find a corner. FYI, Olympic is spelled incorrectly in the lead in flyer.

    best,

    Randy

  • I love your workouts. You mix up the workouts so it keeps it interesting and keeps my body guessing.

  • nice variety. could you bullet proof the neck please?

  • how much weight he say two 45's and one 35?

  • @TheC0ckPuncher He got the number 135 from 2 plates of 45lbs + the bar = 135lbs

  • Omg tricep and core looked devastating

  • jajajjajaja lol everyone is going after one bodybuilding dude

  • YOU SIR ARE A BAD ASS!!!!!!

  • @DiscoRByrno Lol im a bodybuilder, you don't plateau doing the same things, compound movements are what build mass. when u can get 8 reps with a weight, you move up.

This shit is for beginers and people that dont know what they're doing, but it's better than nothing.

Not saying this is useless but your MUCH better off doing compound movements with heavy weight to get results

  • @bebIessed people are trying to get in shape not be a body builder. i wanna be able to wipe my ass

  • @sinistercharlie

but if you are in the shape he is in you don't have to wipe your own ass you can make anyone you want to do it for you!!!!

  • @sinistercharlie Lol im a natural bodybuilder, bodybuilding isnt always about roids, there is such thing as NATURAL bodybuilding :)

  • @bebIessed Were not trying to be a bodybuilder, you may argue your point, but this guy knows what he is doing. This is for Athleticism, not huge amount of muss mass, but to look good

  • @bebIessed He also pull out his degree's, if you don't think he knows what he doing

  • @KissTfur This is more of a cardio circuit training, not for mass gain.

Its good but you're not gonna get bigger doing this

  • i have done some of these exercises for a while and they have greatly improved my explosive power and general strength for martial arts. very functional and very effective. great routine.

  • Pretty cool I was wondering though could you make a workout specifically for jiu-jitsu

  • This is it!!!! I luv this one!

  • Why not just do rows and dumbell rows and hammer strength machine for mass?

    this is bull

  • @bebIessed Depends what you're after. Those exercise are ok for building mass, but if you want functional muscles like an athlete then you need to do more versatile exercises that incorporate multiple muscle groups. This video is one such example.

  • @bebIessed The whole idea is that it combines cardio to burn off fat.

  • Thank you for changing your intro welcome video. It's so lon.....oh wait, never mind

  • Just a quick question though, this exercise routine doesn't really work much of the upper back, does it?

  • Press 5 sexy pose;) lol

  • I like this workout! Very interesting. I go to a gym and this workout would definitely save me time staying in one little corner with the same needed equipment, rather than having to find or wait for others to finish with equipment that I need.

  • is this more a muscle building or strength/endurance workout?

  • I think id die if jeff punched me
