Doubt anyone back in the Pantera days would've thought Phil was a bass singer. In Floods, he has spoken parts down around F1 and Eb1. The F1, is definitely non-fry, the Eb1 may be but it's hard to tell when it's that low. He hits A5s in Cemetery Gates, which gives him a 4 and a half octave vocal range. All of the high range is pretty much gone now, so it's probably closer to 3 and a half now.
