"Heres a tissue" was expressing my distaste at the message i got from the song, which was somewhat indulgent self pity, mixed with a "i give up" attitude.

Believe it or not, ive been in much the same situation, allthough, i chose not to lay down and die, unlike the character in this song, rather, i took the hits without flinching, and grew stronger from the experience. The "Meh" was a reaction to this song, which didnt move me one way or another.
