What is this music called? It reminds me of a CD that I bought with some music they described as pygmie music and I didn't like it at all!! Not hatin' - I just don't like it and can't figure out how they caught the beat to dance to it- lol.

If anyone knows the name of the kind of music, let me know so that I can acclimate myself with it and listen to more.

I love this song i couldn,t stop dancing but there are little Igbo traditional dresses here. Igbo women wear two rappers and a blouse not bubber. lets go back to our root and marry ourselves the way we used to do before biafra war, it was better for Ndiigbo then than now. Igbo kwenu!!!

Amen!I couldn't agree more..The title of this vid is Igbo Wedding..Yet the first thing I see is non Igbo attire. Popsy has always compalined about how we Igbos wear everyone else's traditional attire ie lace, Buba and whatever else etc--Need to take pride in what is OURs.

Well you should also take into account that there are more than just Igbo people at this wedding. There people representing each of the seven tribes no need to get tribalistic! But I do agree that the title of the video does not corrolate with the footage

....cont'd...Went to Ghana in '99 - the young ladies in Accra proudly wearing ankara type print made up into lovely outfitss for all occasions, weddings, funerals, church whatever.I went to Nigah last in '05 and made a point of making outfits from traditional print.

Oga are you blind? Many of the grown ups are wearing traditional clothes. I saw more traditional than regular.

Most people I saw with a western clothes are little kids and we all know how much kids hates wearing traditional outfits.I remember wen i was a little girls, i hated wearing traditional clothes. But now, i love it(I love traditional clothes more than any outfitin the world.)
