Tofu doesn't look hard to make but lately there has been some questions about processing soy beans in this manner - I forget what it was, but I remember it had something to do with a horrible, agonizing death - I think. Soy - I've not heard about the horrible, agonizing death, but a lot of men are wary of soy because of the isoflavones (the plant version of estrogen) in it. Fortunately there are other non-animal sources of protein that aren't soy: legumes, seitan, and quinoa (which actually has the complete protein amino acids!).

I love rambles, thank you so much for this lovely video. You know back when I was in the horror Genre, every time I would go to a horror convention, people always looked at me funny, they would go, "A whore convention." I would say yes, love whores. I was published in Cthulhu sex magazine. My stories are so extreme. I have a zombie story that you might like. Have you ever been too a World Horror Convention, that is where I get my horror books from. This is where I met writings of Ligotti.

I know how you can make next year's re-orientation a lot more fun. You'll need two gas regulators and enough hose to go from the conference room to the nearest ports on the hospital's oxygen and nitrous oxide system. 20% oxygen, 80% nitrous, turn on the gas shut the door and the meeting will entertaining as all hell.

read the Qur`an? yeah forget it! its the same stories as in the bible..( the Qur`an reads kind of like this! tear all the pages out of your bible and shuffle them like you would a deck of card.LOL thus and then read it ) OH and all the name of people in the Qu`ran that match the bible stories have different names via arabic.. like David would be Dawood Jesus would be Isa Cain would be Qubeel Moses would be Musa & so on...plus even places like egypt is spelled different egypt is spelled Misr
