Ah. I was not aware my video attracted R4 fanboys. Also, I do not need and advertisement as I obviously DO own an R4 in this video. I also own an M3 Real and that is obviously much better. Good for the price is not true, and most websites cannot even guarantee that the R4 is a legit anymore because there are so many clones.

Sorry. The "expansion pak" is a vital part of the browser. Let just say it was programmed to NEED it and cannot be patched in anyway otherwise the browser will not have any RAM to store stuff in. There has never been a patch.Your only alternatives are the EZ 3in1, SC(not rumble) SLOT 2, M3 (not Professional)Slot2, or EWin Expansion pack/The Top Toy Rebrand. The Ewin would be the cheapest out of them and can play GBA games like the 3in1,but there is no extra rumble(though the 3in1 runble stinks).
How do you know that the ezflash is auto detected? What difference does it make? I'm using an R4 and ezflash, the same as you. But I can take the ezflash out and it runs exactly the same. slowdown is quite heavey with lots of sprites on screen
It's was an added feature a while ago. I don't really "notice" the difference either, but seeing as it adds more RAM, there might be an improvement somewhere. Maybe you should try a different game? But I'm sure the EZ 3in1 is detected. The emulator isn't perfect. It's trying to stream data into the RAM constantly and with the EZ 3in1, it will have a bit more RAM to store data in.
Ok, thanks mate. I haven't actually tried any other games yet, so will have a go with that. I also noticed that snemulds does pretty much the same thing (it actually tells you it's detected external RAM, but performance is identical).

you are right about the clones but cyclods is better. neds was made for it and there are not alot of clones. so the case is be aware what u buy

Yes. The EZ 3 in 1 is only optional. In fact, the difference is quite minimal so don't worry about it.

And uhhh... The Ewin is also the hardest to find, usually at Chinese resellers only. EZ 3in1 is the common pick.

It's fixed in the newest version. If you haven't updated, you should! It works for me as of now.
