This is in the constitution word for word, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion", that is declaring the separation of church and state. Those are the principles are country was founded on, in fact, many of our founding father were deists and agnostics. But you Tom Coburn "defender of the constitution" was rated 0% by the AU, indicated an anti separation of church and state. HE is violating the constitution.

Most people don't even know that the term “Separation of Church and State” does not exist anywhere in the Constitution. That term was used by Thomas Jefferson in a personal letter he wrote to the Danbury Baptist Association of Connecticut on January 1, 1802. AND our founding fathers were not deists/agnostics.
