I just got an awesome router table with a lot of great accessories from a guy closing down his shop. Unfortunately, I had no idea how to use it. After watching several other videos, I wanted to commend you for taking the time to cover, all of the safety information as well as the features. Knowing the safety information is paramount for a novice such as myself. Thank you and I look forward to learning more from you.

@rjuren Very cool that you got what sounds like a great deal on a router unit. Many people get routers but then are afraid to use them so good for you for researching how to use them properly. Your reward will be hours of router us and some great projects.

@knecht105 ....hey i was wondering what type of router/router table this is. I'm looking for one that I can adjust at the top of table instead of constantly having to release plunge and removed the entire router

@MsScorpio1030 I am using an older Freud router and router table with 2 different Freud routers. One of them does allow the height of the router to be adjusted and bit changes from the top of the table. The other Freud router is an older design plunge router and it is a bit more awkward to change bits (but you do get used to it).

I am not 100% certain of their most current models.
