The only way this country, and countries like it, will ever have even a small bit of stability, is to have a single powerful leader to bring them all under control. The american "system" will never in a hundred years work there. I've seen footage of people on the streets crying out for Hussein, and wishing they were back to those days. All Obama has done is change the name from Operation Iraqy Freedom to Operation New Dorn. He said he was going to decrese the troop strength from 144,000 to 50,000 and that the remaining troops would not be combat troops and that they would only advise and assist.
