How is the title misleading? It says "Corrupt Politician Spends $20,000 on Sushi" and that's what they talk about. And btw, EVERY political show has bias. It wouldn't be political analyzing if there wasn't some degree of bias, but if they were as left-wing biased as you claim then they wouldn't have given this story at all because the politician mentioned is a Democrat.

A little calculation.. my wife and I are sushi fiends and we have sushi at least once a week.. We live in an expensive part of southern california and are sushi isn't cheap to begin with. I just figured out it would take us close to 10 years to eat 20K in sushi.

$20k is NOTHING! My former employer in Georgia (the country) spent over $95 MILLION on one painting by Picasso in 2006. Last year, the EBRD gave the bank that he owns (Cartu Bank) at least $20 MILLION in LOANS, with a project cost nearly double that, not to mention the additional $200 - $300 MIL earmarked for 'Georgian Railway'.
FYI US Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner serves on the Board of Governors of EBRD. EBRD wants to "strengthen" Cartu's capital base. US mass media won't go near this.
