  • As a bodybuilder who loves to move heavy shit off the floor... complete respect after watching this. Amazing demonstration of strength and balance, and hell it looks badass, not gonna lie.

  • first ever planking!!!

  • Love the end... incredible strength!

  • That was the awesomest thing I've ever seen!!!

  • This is just fantastic, how he makes the hardest moves according to the music levels, the strenght, precision, style and sense of humor at the end is perfect.

  • True inventor of planking.

  • It was on purpose. If it was an accident he would have put his hands out to try and catch himself

  • was he supposed to fall?

  • best dismount ever!

  • I LOVE YOU!

  • i think he intended to fall off

  • what is the music?

  • @rombick air on G string

  • @rombick

Johann Sebastian Bach - Orchester Suite Nr.3 in D-Dur - Air

you can find this beautiful tune on youtube also

  • Shit that was the greatest, even the fall looked bad-ass.

  • haha I had to Google search what a "muscle up" was. Yeah this dude does it right.

  • Who else wanted to see the next video at the end of the clip?

  • I cried bro

  • calm down guys, he just suddenly got the urge to plank, and unintentionally he did the best aerial plank evur!

  • PLankingggggg

  • Why did he do that "dismount", it was obviously on purpose, but why? It was only a performance and not a competition, right?

  • Simply awesome!

  • The landing fucken NAILED it

  • What the fuck? I thought I was strong

  • @sydpkmonkey You thought wrong! Lol im jkjk Same here man

  • One hell of a dissmount?

  • лицом нормально вошел))

  • best landing ever.

  • Being that I'm on the internet, I can do everything he's doing (even though this is obviously fake) twice as well without any proof.

    /obvious sarcasm

  • @IamPinhead You rotten racist pig-fascist liar. I'm the smartest one here, end of story.

    /lol

  • Stuck the landing!

  • no pain...he makes it look easy

  • i wish they had more gymnatics for adults =[

  • @Blingfullyblinged It's "Air on the G String" by J.S. Bach.

  • This guy looked like a ring terminator lol. No sign of strain at all in that muscle up for him

  • If he did that muscle up with straight arms it would have been a butterfly, but pretty damn close either way!

  • You'd think he was weightless by the way he can lift his body! Extraordinary!

  • check out my ring muscle ups

  • Holy shit he is a MONSTER

    Deep respect to this guy

  • how cool is that. flawless. and the dismount was hilarious and awesome. cant imagine how hard it must be to fall like that, straight as a board.

  • The muscle up was incredible! I agree with @classicalmusicrock13 though, the standard of performance is much higher today and apart from that muscle up at 18seconds I've seen much better!

  • @86mhassani I am pretty sure this was a warm-up. There is no way that he wouldn't attempt anything over a B. There is also no way that he would dismount like that without caring.

  • Sick... Smoothest muscle-up at the beginning I've ever seen.

  • Wow times have changed because nowadays that's like level 5! But nice strength. Try and keep slightly straighter on your verticals. What's with the landing???!

  • @classicalmusicrock13 dude i dont think the uplaoder is the guy in the video and even if he was he probably doesn't need your advice..

  • @classicalmusicrock13 i'd like to see a level 5 do an iron cross lol

  • I'm usually happy I have a big build, but it's seeing things like this that make me wish I wasn't 6"2 and naturally dense. =/ Makes these things ALOT harder.

  • This was astonishing

  • ROFL Unreal control!! He knows how to milk the crowd, did you hear their gasp at the end lol

  • Anyone know the name of this score?

    And wow...

    ridiculous strength. Flawless.

  • @LaPerssonandro Bach - Air on the G-String

  • He makes me think he did that intentionally

  • was the end on purpose ? haha he did all that stuff then it was ruined by a faceplant :L

  • @seankav2k9 LoL Are u dumb? He wanted to do faceplant...

  • @seankav2k9 sure it was -- all show

  • He could have just did the muscle up and left and still won.

  • Watched this video cause my friend Matt favorites it. That last drop was sick.

  • wow

  • SICK

  • how can it be so bad quality the camera ?

  • einfach grandios!!!

  • nice faceplant

  • That was incredible, this guy's core strength must be off the charts. One hell of a show.

  • What is the skill/pose as demonstrated at 33 seconds?

  • It is a variation of the iron cross that Albert Azaryan introduced to the world. Search him on youtube to see what I mean. It is most likely considered a B level skill just like the normal cross.

  • WUT muscleup^^

  • AMAZING!! *****

  • 1:19 And the dismount...good show.

In all seriousness, this dude is strong. Smoothest muscle up I've ever seen.

  • His muscle-up looks more like a tricep pushdown. Amazing!

  • That muscle-up blows my mind. Truly incredible!

  • Comment removed

  • lmao i was thinking the same!

    Just muscled up xD

    very very nice ;)

  • once i saw the SOW MUSCLE UP i was like tremendous strength and control 5*

  • End was sick!! :D

  • you can tell its just a exhibition based on the fact that he stuck with iron crosses most of the time, which is usually something to impress crowds. im not saying the guy isnt good. its just amazing how impressed people can get from seeing an iron cross. Now chen yibings routines are something to awe over.

  • it's not an exhibition.

  • WTF end of routine :D

  • I've never seen a muscle up L sit that perfect, or the dismount.

  • Absolute perfection.

  • DYNAMITE!!!

  • damn, perfect L muscle up, iron cross and everything, shame he fell down at the end? it was a good fall so i think it may ahve been on purpose xD

  • It was definitely on purpose. This is clearly an exhibition routine instead of a competition routine.

  • dude that was wicked

  • yeah the final fall was on purpose, and also made with perfect straight form, and DAMN that muscle up!!

  • Still, the dismount from back lever looked a little funny =)... yeah, no, clearly dude is still insane fit.

  • Thats a good strength to weight ratio right there

  • best muscle-up ever

  • you said it

  • Truely amazing and beautiful. How is this even possible, wow

  • any second-string chinese gymnast could kick this guy's ass on the rings

  • we all know chinese people dont count...

  • That was unbelievable!

  • FUCK !!!

  • Brilliant show of strength and humour! The muscle up was indeed very impressive!

  • What's the name of the background piece?

  • Its "Air on the G String" by Bach

  • This is so crazy. His muscle up doesn't even have the transition phase. His triceps must me massive, lol.

  • The search for "The Great Muscle Up" is over.

  • LOL indeed.

  • I second that!

  • At the end, he was probably thinking, "After this back lever, I'm going to bust out a Victorian Cross even though it's not in my routine."

    Sickest routine, ever.

  • that is the most amazing muscleup i've ever seen

  • AMAZING!

  • The muscle up was just amazing

  • Muscle up WOW

  • Perfection! He makes it look so easy.

  • i go to gymnastics and u need alot of strengh to do that its hard fot me

  • The muscle-up was beautiful.

  • Best muscle up ever!

  • By the way. Are you sure this isnt from Stuttgart 1989? Aguilar retired in 1990.

  • That is the most perfect muscle-up ever performed!

  • that muslce up is unreal. beautiful display of strength.

  • Watching that dismount almost gave me a heart attack.

  • omg, that dismount.

    haha

  • Perfect dismount, and a great sense of humour

  • Great muscleup!

  • go on ninja warrior

  • How in the world would you even go about training for that? That's beyond insane...

  • im 15 and im thinking of learning and joining ring classes am i too old?

  • If you want to be an olympic champion, you might be too old. ;-)

Seriously, you're never too old! just do it

  • Thank you Andreas for making me feel like a weak p.o.s. :-P Seriously, that was unreal.

  • he practically IS a god after a muscle up like that.

  • after a muscle up like that..he practicaly IS a god on rings

  • HOLY BUCKETS.

  • excuse me while i hold this crosss for ten seconds at the end of my routine... lol

  • jajaja

  • Has anyone ever seen that version of the iron cross before where he goes into a kinda greece god pose?

    Just awesome.

  • gosh that muscle up is so perfect. i just cant get over it.

  • Wow.

  • Um, they can deadlift triple bodyweight and they have crazy running ability

  • Um, kipping is not good for developing the pulling muscles. It may be applicable to real-life but it is not a good method for DEVELOPING the pulling muscles.

  • ive never seen it done so smoothly

  • Crossfit guys use abysmal technique because they are nowhere near strong enough to perform a correctly executed muscle up. Some of these guys are actually using 100% momentum to get through the transition which means that all they have to be able to do is a ring dip to get above the rings. Pathetic really.

  • thats stupid, its like those guys who go to the gym and "do sets" with super heavy weights and think it means they are strong when they have sh!t technique and are either using the wrong muscle group or are swinging their body as well as using momentum to help em lift. I dont see the point its just for show then and u dont get truely strong.

  • Very true words my friend. At the end of the day, they will be the losers when they realise they haven't gained an ounce of strength or muscle and that their improvments only came from using more and more swinging, cheating and momentum.

  • b'wahahahaha! what a dooshbag at the end! *sniggers*

  • The muscle Up at the Start! Wow!

  • the ending was great

  • awesome

    !

  • It's a beatiful muscle-up, but not that unusual a skill. For many gymnasts, it is learned before a back uprise.

  • muscle ups arent hard, but doing a slow muscle up with that much control is simply unreal.

  • Indeed. Performing a smooth muscle-up like that with the hands out wide requires an amazing amount of strength.

  • that muscle up indeed is something truly extroardinairy. I havent seen that in a loooooooooooooooooong time of ANY gymnast, extreme tendon strength.

  • that muscle up is just amazing :o

  • very nice dismount

  • yeah, what's with that dismount. I'm assuming he did that purposefully, but why? Don't know anything about gymnastics...

  • He thought it was funny.

    And it was, ahaha.

  • Now that's a proper muscle-up on rings, these crossfit guys think they're doing muscle-ups lol.

  • So when a traceur does one to get up ledge, its not one because they ran? Or if you are learning how and you twist your arms to help you, it isn't one? Wow, you sir are ignorant.

  • You are actually ignorant; this is the official

technique for a muscle up. How do you think it got

its name- "muscle" up requires immense "muscle"

strength and no momentum. A traceur is doing what's called a "climb up" which is more useful for parkour

    because it's faster.

  • I dont get it, i thought Crossfit guys were copyign the gymnasts, whats the difference

  • Just incredible.

Wish I could do the same, but I am too old.
