Senator Udall has politely and correctly provided ample documentation substantiating that there is no pressing need for this new legislation as well as the wisdom of not enacting new legislation in these matters without further review and input from all expert parties concerned. I support our military active duty and veterans alike but they must remain subservient to the three branches of government, not supplant them.
