  • You are not doing a cheat gainer at all, you're doing a kick the moon, you aren't even making the mistake of looking above your shoulder; you're fully looking back like you're doing a running gainer. Look across your shoulder, then you'll automatically keep your body at flat spin level, which makes it more like a cheat gainer.

  • well you've got the feeling for the moves, but a bit of advice for you :P (although I haven't done these yet but I will!!) but before i do them decided to train my muscles a bit more :P and i think you should do that also ^^

    1. Train your jumping muscles (calf muscles(calfs) hamstrings and the other side of oyur upper leg xD so you get more height and have more airtime which will make it look good :P

    2. Stretch! moves only look good when you have your legs stretched :P

  • but! when you keep your legs stretched you will need more airtime => jumping muscles ^^

    but as i said before, I havent done these yet...So if possible, could someone back this up? or..discard it ^^

  • I've been training my jumping muscles for almost a year now, my vertical is 25", my running jump is 35", so I'm set in that department, it's just that it takes me a while to get my form and height down, so I haven't gotten any good gainers on tape. Also, I stretch every night now, but I never really did before this video.

  • ermm i cant trick very well but i can do bits and on gainer it looks more like a reall gainer and advice would be actualy jump you barely jump=)

  • dude gymnastics is badass..you needa know most gymnastics shit to do parkour..freerunning..any other stunts like that...its all used for eachother

  • Seems like you're not using both legs together with the cheat. Really power off your jumping foot, and really KICK that kicking leg. DOn't forget to throw your arms, When combined you'll get the height you need.

  • practice both of those on a trampoline first bro, believe me.. its helps alot
