  • i wonder if my 8 ampere vaccum cleaner motor would be over-kill 9000 for cotton candy...... nah

  • Jesus H. Fuck, gotta build me one of those. Thanks bitch

  • I have seen some where ,,where you can make cotten candy by using a hand drill and 2 plastic bowls,,

  • or maybe store cotton candy is just nasty. i think this is cool. close minded fools, doing things the easy way cause their lazy. no sense of excitement or purpose or doing things for the sake of doing them differently, independently.

create on! make all the makeshift cotton candy you want!

  • cool must try

  • really cool and creative. unfurtunally, this lazy bums here in US dont know how to appreciate criativity and discover the ability that a human been has. good job.

  • ikr who would wast countless hours makeing this when you can go to the doller tree and buy a big bag of the stuff for just a doller

  • @djkid12321 Maybe becuase its fun making it your self? or becuase you can make as much as you want with it? or that ytou dont have to drive to the store to get it?

  • Uhhh, that is not safe. LMFAO. A flame by a motor/battery? Uh, no. FAIL. LMFAO. Cotton candy is NOT that expensive. The dollar store has cotton candy, people. LMFAO.

  • Wow! This machine would be awesome to own every time I got a craving for .000025 ounces of sugar that only took 5 minutes to make.

  • um the SUGAR that u are using is it a NORMAL SUGAR or a special sugar thats for cotton candy?

  • @gunmantol You have to order the actual sugar for making cotton candy.

  • awesome idea!

im planning to put bout 3 candles under mine

  • @cooldudewitpot You will find that the problem with that is, candles make lots of soot. You'll eventually notice black specks in your cotton candy. Also, as the candles burn, they get shorter and therefore farther away from where the heat needs to be.

  • does coolaid mix work, or does it have to be cotton candy mix?

  • @gotexperience DO NOT use Koolaid. :/ Cotton candy sugar.

  • I want some now.

  • that is awsome

  • u should keep a candle under it XXDDD

  • lol thats cute... but will it blend? that is the question.

  • muy bueno!!!...felicitaciones

  • nice work dude.....CHEERS!!!

  • this is awesome, but for some reason i pictured u heating up crack when i seen this video.

  • made it and made a few mods it has 3 lighters instead of one

  • wouldn't it be easier to go pay $20 and buy one from the store?

  • thats ghetto and lame,,!!!

  • have u eaten it?

  • Sooo coool

  • can i use homopolar motor?

  • @shihokato lol

  • i made it!!! it works but it takes long to make a big bunch

  • That is sooo cool!!

  • that is AMAZING

  • THANKS!!!

  • That's so awesome!(^O^)

  • Oh,..Sorry,..I thought ya was talkin bout the Other Cotton Candy,....Have a Nice Day,...

  • Very cool idea.... I think one day i try to build it in bigger with stainless steel and a hotter gas flame :D

  • oh so nice i like it so much

    you are the best

  • wher did you get those clips from on the battery

  • i make it! but decided to add wings to it so it becomes a mini cooling fan. :D

  • OMG this is fu*king crazy :P But can you eat it ???

  • i love this vid :P

  • this is cool.... i geuss u are like the candy man XD

  • it probably takes ages to make one

  • what sugar is that

  • how did it taste?

  • You are the MAN!

  • Excellent, good on you for being so inventive! I give you a point score of ten out of Ten.

  • @MrFisher65 It starts tomorrow for me :(

  • @MrFisher65 lol im pretty sure u arnt allowed lighter at school :) but i guess u could try

  • can i use a candle , and what sort of shuger do i have to use

  • @gobcrane use a stove its much faster u can use any but best with cotton candy sugar

  • AWESOME

  • Why not just put already prepared sugar in the top? That way you don't have to heat it.

  • I´m going to make a one rigth now

  • @Jeapop145 did it worked?

  • @lau050292 it did worked perfect

  • @Jeapop145

    me too.

  • Works great!!!!!

  • nic eone..

  • That's hilarious! xD I would love to be so freekin' awesome as you! :P

  • Excellent project! Cotton candy is so simple and people pay 3 dollars for something that costs 20 cents to make. I think I will build one for the Halloween Carnival at my son's school. How to keep the sugar melting though without the lighter?

  • @Mindbendersmith try using a candle, or sum sort of minitorch, even a cheep zippo (then agen, wher can u buy a zippo cheap 0.o) under it :D

  • sweet man i would so eat that^^

  • does it have to be special sugar??

  • how did it taste?

  • WHOAAA!!!!

    WTFF

    AMAZING DUDE

  • i just made it... it works well the only thing is that i went to homedepot and they don't know what the hell i was talking about for the screw. and i can't keep the spinning top hot enough with the flame... any suggestions.

  • @Jasons321123 For the screw, I would make a screenshot, and just print out the photo and take it to homedepot. And for the spinning top, im not exactly sure but in the video he used to sand-paper on them, I thought it was to get the "shiny layer" of it, so that the metal would be able to heaten up better. But it could have also been just to make the inside of the spinning top more smooth, so that the sugar wont get stuck.

  • @Jasons321123 Cool trick ta pull on the kid next door,..ask him ta put his head in it and spin it around,...tell him its silly string that ya can eat,....Have a Nice Day,...

  • @Jasons321123 make the wheel smaler in the diameter

  • @Jasons321123 Turbo lighter...

  • @Jasons321123 try filament as the heat source connect strands of it together to make it thicker

i dont know fully how but i think itll be the best way

  • @Jasons321123 Home Depot never knows what anyone is talking about.

  • @Jasons321123 I saw in another video that someone just melted the sugar in a pan and then poured the melted liquid sugar into one of these things without heat... That'll probably help. A lot.

  • como la ases

  • scew my other comment, i got the answer

  • just soder the caps together can u? and what size thing are u using to make all holes for the top and sides?

  • awesome but can you it better like an installed lighter and that shit

  • DUDE best idea evaer?

  • What kind of sugar mixture do u use? My dad and I are making a big one so we don't want to mess it up.

  • man u have a great sound.

  • That's so cool :)!

  • may u plz make a vid where its complete and how to make the cotton candy

  • coool :)

  • hab auch so eine maschiene gebaut hat nicht geklappt

  • I love how it zooms in at 0:03.

  • LOVE IT

  • dirty candy

  • ssss

  • LOVE COTTON CANDY:)

  • Mind only sprayed out sugar or nothing. DO you know why?

  • @ejscribner You are not using enough heat.

  • @ejscribner

Well, either make bigger holes in the sides or use a faster motor or heat up the shugar "basin" more before you pour the sugar in. Last, make sure that the sugar can melt.

  • Hello! I am making this for a school project and was wondering how you actually inserted the sugar after making the cotton candy maker?

Like on the big paper/plastic sheet behind your drill?

  • wow!!!! incredible!!!

  • its more like the making of saw, "now cotton candy i want to play a little game"

  • @cruser2004 XD

  • XDD

  • That is so cool! :D

  • What did it taste like?

    Metal?

  • @mocroae idiot

  • @mocroae im guessing cotton candy but what do i know?

  • @NoizeyMan Hi! I was wondering if you had a replacement for the gold part, because I REALLY REALLY need it. And I don't have it.

  • @chepelk i used a motor froma small fan and i didnt use the gold part just a few boby pins and hot and super glue... and it stayed on there

  • lo hahahahaaha nice ^^

  • nice project to do for fun. but, um yea.. 3 hours later and you might have a healthy bunch of cotton candy.

  • hey when you collect the candy out of the maching you let a small ring form but in you case thats impossible because the lighter so you should use a candle

  • no manches, esto de verdad funcia solo que nos quemamos 5 veces.

no way it realy funcs very well, but it is to hot and we get burn 5 times
