I was able to finish this show if I remembered correctly.

The Knight and The Magic horse were partner on a battle field. For an unknown reason they fought each other. The magic horse turned to a girl. She ripped his body apart and took out his head. The Knight has a dragon blood so he was not terminate. Finally he took his sword embedded into a girl, she was dead. The Knight flashed back all the memories he had with the Magic horse while wandering upon the sea. He lifted up the girl's body against the dawn.

I was in elementary school when I watched this series first time. Unluckily TV show was terminated unfinishingly.

i remember watching this it was my first taste of manga and its wot gave me the love of all things manga and anime even the cheesy ones the used 2 show on fox kids

I got all 12 of these eps recently, remember watching on Ch4 UK in around 96-98.

Seems to have been dubbed to english twice as the version i have now is very different to the one I recorded from the TV...anyone have more info on this???

would really prefer the other version.

im confused is this a different anime/manga to the four kings or the same/older version help as i would like to watch this if it is defferent looks worth watching

Sohryuden is actually based from a novel by Yoshiki Tanaka, few adaptations were made including the OAV(as shown on the clip) and the manga version by CLAMP.
