I think this is very good footage and useful for first timers. For them to get the feel of what it'll be like. Some people I've tried ot talk about it to just automatically think they will hit the floor and start having visuals, but this is a good example of a mild ambient experience. The mind just goes crazy kind of, every action feels weird and out of place but good, and fragment of words and sentences come out of your mouth. Great video dude.

My doc gave me reg. ambien, and the CR. Personally, I feel pretty fucked up within like 20 minutes. If I go to sleep right away, i might get up to take a piss in the middle of the night, and it takes me a while to get to the bathroom (and pissed on the floor a couple of times).
