A Tidbit- The Crystal Theme (Opening theme) In FFII is the same as in FFIII.

At first, I had no idea what part of the game this scene was from, then I realized that this was the NES version (I've played the SNES version) and it made much more sense.

The DS Final Fantasy III is better 'cause instead of starting with 4 characters (like in all 2-D graphics), you start with 1, which is tougher and you don't have to do all that healing. And good 3-D! Oh and, ACTUALLY ONE GIRL ON THE TEAM!!! Finally a girl in FF (I'm a boy, not girl)! BTW, nice animation!How long did it take you to do this (You said a long time. How long?)? I noticed the title screen music (the harp like instrument) on FFIII is the same as FFXII during the first part of the introduction.

yah, i think it's definitely in a lot of the earlier games. i went through the VIII soundtrack and it definitely isn't there. there's a similar arpeggiated harp in one of the songs, the loser, but it's not the same.
