Guys SHUT UP and stop hating on Charlie. Just listen to his voice in this, he sounds like he's trying not to burst into tears. He's made a hard decision to leave his best friends. He wasn't enjoying it anymore, the music just wasn't him. They're all upset about it for obvious reasons. I remember I was in year 2 when I went to see busted live (mcfly was actually their support band if anyone was wondering) and they're still a peice of me 9 years on, so much love for busted!

It is their band members along with Charlie who wasn't content in what he was doing who broke Busted up!

If it wasn't for them then I'm sure Busted would have carried on!

Lol he didn't even make the cut into getting in Busted.

Anyway it was Busted who helped McFly get notified by bringing them on tour & it was James who called them McFly after a character from his favourite film.

Busted made McFly rise to fame! If it wasn't for them there wouldn't be no 'precious' McFly. Boo hoo.

Charlie was better at playing guitar at the time when Tom was better on piano. Busted helped them raise to fame yes, however, James DIDN'T name them McFly. It was Tom's suggestion because he's favourite film is Back To The Future triology. Why would James have a say in naming McFly? It's Tom's band NOT James's. Busted didn't even name their own band! It was a mistake.

@mickyjd I would prefer them both to be going. I mean, Busted were my favourite band, and since liking them I've gradually become a metalhead over the years. Having that kind of taste in music, I think Fightstar are one awesome band and I'm glad Charlie's still doing something. But at the same time, Busted were one of those few teenage groups who actually had talent, unlike those overrated Disney faggots The Jonas Brothers who by the way fucked up Year 3000. And also of course, Justin Bieber.

I'd put my last pound on Busted reforming. It's worth too much money to all of them, most of their projects since have fallen flat. Fightstar made a decent go of it but have been inactive for a couple of years. Son of Dork, that never really got going. Their money will run out, one day Charlie will look at his bank balance and fancy adding a few zeros on to it. When that day comes he'll be straight on the phone to Matt and James crying out for a reformation. Their too much money to be made.

@thechosen2010 Fightstar haven't been inactive for a couple of years, they put out a deluxe edition of their last record out last year, I saw them in September and they're getting together soon to start work on the next album. They took a brake so Charlie could do his solo album which is almost finished and should be out in summer. He's doing fine, he will never go back to Busted.
