Alright lets just face it westerners are not that good at badminton but the only two westerner countries that i see are good at badminton are denmark and england. Denmark have produced the likes such as peter gade, who in my opinion is the worlds best player and england with robertson, andrew and a few others. in fact for them to reach this stage its no mean feat, i think those who say they are noob hav no balls to challenge them cos its then really a nnoob vs the pro!

Chinese or Asian players just do have another level than european players that's all... but some are really good : look at Peter Gade. It's sure that this match isn't as amazing as Lin Dan vs Lee Chong Wei and it's quiet normal : it's a EUROPEAN championship.

@Sleepingpillz They think there pro's because both of them are. Granted they are not nearly in the same league as your lin dans and chong wei's but only a handfull can compete at that standard. Look at the world rankings of these guys and count how many chinese players are ranked above them, ill save you some time and tell u its five, suprised? They may not have the dicipline, deception and athleticism of the top chinese but by no means are these guys "noobs". Everything is relative.

The rallies aren't great because as soon as someone got a smash they rarely got returned. I'd agree with you, it's no fun when a single smash dominates most of the rally in these matches.
