  • Hey Shadowman. if I were Gay i would Bang you HARD. Thanks for posting theses Videos.

  • HAHA i stand by that also. after seeing this

  • drugs do bad things

  • not all of them weed is harmless.

  • Comment removed

  • Weed can be harmful if you do it A LOT of it A LOT of the time. But chea you are right.

  • 12 seconds in-DAG!! Bonham was a monster.

  • To quote Robert plant,," John bonham was the best drummer in the world, I know because he told me so.." ...

  • Listen to this you buggers! LoL. Always love the Zep and always love watching Bonzo play.

  • Agree wholeheartedly Criner97. What a balls out, just go for it drummer he was! And to me, that's really his 'secret weapon'. Bonham chief strength over all was actually that he was very confident about his playing. Inner strength. Love that bit he does from around 2:18-2:24. Check it out.

  • Bonzo always yelling out something or other on alot of these live Zep shows. His drumming was loud and he himself was a boisterous, loud guy with a hell of alot of what the Brits call 'front'. Not a phony bone in the guys body. Love him. R.I.P.

  • the solo is out of the tempo.

  • That is the wanted effect. Just look at the great version there's on the DVD. It pulls..

    Kind of a jazz solo : )

  • in another world maybe the solo could be perfect.....sorry dude but I'm only "addicted" to alcohol lol...

  • 1977 was the defining year of LZ. Anyone who remembers the time knows exactly what im talking about. They were #1, and everybody knew it. Nothing else has come close since then.

  • Defining year? Perhaps you mean the media had put them a pedestal after a year of constant speculation they'd break up after Plant's accident. 1977 was the not their best year, far from it. The highlight of the 1977 tour was Plant's voice. Performing live, they had already peaked in 1972-73, the media just hadn't put them on a pedestal yet.

  • 75 sucks? Earls Court anyone? might have been the hight of Zeppelins talents.

  • The height of their talents was somtime in 72.

  • definetevely not, Earls Court was nowhere near their hight

  • this footage is amazing

  • I love when they play The Rover intro

  • i think ten years gone and stairway to heaven of this seattle concert would be an official release, but jimmy said there won't be even an official release of 2007 reunion :(

  • no he said they didnt record with the express purpose of releasing it.

  • U posting the whole show Mr?

    :)

  • That was a really good performance right there!

    Rock on!

  • Did Jimmy always use the double necked giutar playing that song?

  • No. I've seen him use a Les Paul. This is the first time I've seen him use the double neck for this song.

  • 77 has never been lz's best, but lz is always the best imo..

  • As far as all the footage I've seen of the '77 performances, it doesn't seem like their best as far as their playing goes. But they were still awesome and if I could have I've would have went to every show during 1977! But I wasn't born until 1979 and was only 1 years of age when Bonzo died. I missed out on all of that. Thank god for youtube and Shadowman!

  • i was born in 89 lol, i've really missed all of that :) yes 77 shows are very good, but they play the songs that don't need strong vocal effort, they played kashmir, ten years gone etc. one of the reasons that you (and i) love 77 is clean tone and taping of Soundboards. 77 Bootlegs have good quality, but asaihy or wll-the crunge medleys, immigrant song performances between 69 and 72 easily beat any of 77's. in 73, robert is not good but jimmy plays amazing. 75 totally sucks but 80's not bad imo.

  • They were right on in 1980 from the footage I've seen and the sound recordings I've heard. It's too bad they didn't get to tour America. They were just begining to get good! <-- I hope you get what I mean by that last sentence. I mean, they were always beyond amazing but they were getting insanely amazing at that point it seems. Like this performance of T.U. ( watch?v=Evb_5PTWQSg ) Fucking insane! But yeah, '77 tour had a unique and wonderful aura around it. No tour was the same for that matter

  • yep, they really had soul in 80. train kept a rollin's and all my loves form 80 is amazing. That T.U. is good indeed too..

  • Hell yeah! Indeed.

And this '77 show... I decided that I'm making a playlist for it! Rock on!

  • Every era had its warts, but I still don't think this is the one for 1977. Fast-forward three days after this show, and then tell me all about bad.

  • very tight, but due to those tits on the mixing desk it doesnt sound that powerful of video, once again, best band in the world worst backstage crew

  • thanx! xo

  • tight it sounds awsome very kwel thanks

  • this one of zeppelins best if you can believe it.

  • this one of zeppelins best if you can believe it.

  • no I can't
