It's Radio Controlled. Which means that if you put new batteries, it resets to the original time. If it's say 7:50 but the clock says 7:45, it will move to 8:00, stay there for a while, then eventually move all the way round to probably 7:55 (by the time it gets there).
the clock is not damaged, it is setting itself up

Well.. We just removed the batteries and puted them in there again, Then the clock was fucked up xD
