He obviously can see the top card of the deck, So, meaning on the last card he knows that Chow Yun fat will get 3 Aces, while he can't see the next card, he doesn't know if he will get 4 queens. So, to call at that point knowing your opponent will get at least 3 Aces to your 3 queens is a poor choice.
