I was employed by a Salt Lake company and traveled to the city many times over the past 10 years. No trip was complete without stopping to see Valter and see what amazing nes things were on the menu. The best food, the best service, by far the best restaurant in Salt Lake City. My major regret in leaving that company is that I don't get to eat at cucina Toscana any more. Congratulations.
